If you are staying 1-2 nights its ok

Updated pictures should be provided. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is a basement and we didn't inquire about the stairs. There is no Futon, Ice-maker and the dishwasher does not work. Communication with the host could've been better. From Laguardia Airport it took 2 hours to arrive due to traffic mid-morning on a weekday. But on Sunday it was 40 minutes. Several flies each day due to the Garbage bins close to the entrance. The AC is not controlled within the unit and it was freezing. No natural light. But it's cheap and affordable.

just a place to sleep

This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up mattress in the closet under the stairs. Our rental was for 5, but there was no bedding for the blow up mattress. The couch is way too small for an adult to sleep on. Overall the house was clean and appropriate to get a nights sleep. The AC was in good working order and they left a few snacks and a small bottle of wine for us.

Hello, I'm new to short term rentals and hosting. I have a Modern contemporary style and my focus is to giving all my guess that warm home type vibe when staying in one of my units. I don't live on the property but i am a phone call or text away, I do have a handyman that is just around the corner and cleaning lady next door all ready to assist you in the event something is need right away.
I'm new to short term rental but i have been a landlord before in the traditional sense for many years. Hospitality also come natural to me as i'm always wanting to make people feel at home. As stated before I don't live on the property but i'm a phone call or text away, you can contact me 24/7.

This space has 2 Full bedroom with TVs in each room 1 Private bathroom, a living room space with a plush couch with chais and ottoman as well as a 55" smart TV (all TVs are smart TVs) , also a sound bar for you music pleasure. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the appliances needed and well as a dinning area with table and 4 seats.
