Beautiful Cozy Home in the Heart of Southern California

Our home is centrally located in the middle of the best Southern California has to offer. From Hollywood to Sea World you are within driving distance for a day of fun.
The Space
Our home consist of 2 bedrooms 2 full baths with an upgraded tankless water heater to make sure you never run out of hot water. Kitchen is fully furnish with all the cooking utensils. Wi Fi and DirectTV is provided. Also you read it correctly and is not a mistake. We have 9 actual beds. Yes you heard it right. That does not includes couches or air mattresses. All memory foam beds for each guests. A clean kitchen to use along with a Washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Amazing stay! Thank you for letting my family and I use your property for my daughter’s 7th birthday . She had a blast down at the beach each day , and it was so nice coming back to such a clean , cozy place . Definitely will be back.

Basketball Camp Trip

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was in perfect proximity for where our oldest son camp was in Seal Beach. It allowed us to tend to multiple activities with both of our sons compared to our experience when we attended this camp last July. If we come back to this camp again we would love to stay again.

Our stay was great! They were very accommodating with our needs; more than enough room/beds for the 9 of us. The area around us was nice and not to far from the interstate or shopping centers. A great place to stay and would definetly stay again

My family and I enjoyed our stay here it was cozy and perfect for our weekend. It’s 15 to 20 minutes away from the beach and there are several different options for groceries near by. I recommend this place especially if traveling with children. Also the host was great and he even provided beverages and a menu of activities in that area.

Pleasant stay

Very comfortable space for our family. Enjoyed all the bunkbeds for the kids. Only complaint is lack of kitchen supplies for cooking your own meals, specifically mixing bowls. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!

We loved our time at this property/location. The house was big enough for our family, and it was located between Disneyland and the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back again!

great neighborhood house was just as described and pictured only issue we had was if both showers were being used at the same time threes no hot water but if only one at a time then theres no issue.

Get Away Vacation

Found the property quite easily. The place was in top shape. Lots of parking space. I was able to communicate with the host whenever needed. It was great for what we needed.

Nice place. Only two bedrooms for 8 beds. Comfortable spaces including outside area. Good value, clean. Hot water showering limited.

Excellent location and accommodations

Quiet secluded area. Was well stocked, clean, and plenty of room for our family of six. We had a week long softball national tournament and we had quick east access to various parks, all the places we needed to be were 15-30 minutes away and had various routes of freeway was congested. Plenty of food, shops and tourist stops near by. We took advantage of beach times, went to knotts berry farm, Hollywood Blvd and sunset Bon fire at Huntington Beach. Would go back again and recommend to others!

The property was smaller than we understood from the listing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Property was very clean. While there were sufficient beds to sleep 10, this is quite crowded.

Thomas is such a thoughtful host. Check-in process was a breeze, and was helpful and available all throughout the trip. There was several nice touches that make for a great vrbo experience, refreshments in the fridge, a barbeque and a firepit, clean towels, an expansive kitchen with all the cookware, great beds, and even the coolest live beta fish that was integrated into the wall. The neighbours were great, and we loved the roosters next door, certainly made for a fun experience for our canadian boys.Thomas is a 5 star host, and is a professional and quality host. Book and you will not be disappointed. For future guests, one thing to keep in mind is this is a laneway style property - which we didn't mind because it was still private, but if you are looking for a full house this isn't that. 5 STARS!

Cozy and quiet, just as listed

We enjoyed our stay in a quiet neighborhood. Host called to check in and was quickly attentive to let us know about a power outage that had occurred! Near to Disneyland via surface streets. Water pressure was a little low, but everything was as listed and pictured properly. Keep a close eye on the listing; address listed and sent via email was incorrect. Glad I checked further in the app to verify the property address. Would definitely stay again when visiting Disney!

The only issue during our stay the whole weekend was water issue during shower, hot water keeps going off and on, take 3 min shower and no more hot water two bathroom but only one person can use shower but still no hot waterAnd cleaning crew did not clean bed sheets and blankets it was dirty dusty. The owner communication was good he responded and came out to check water.
