The check in people were SUPER friendly amd helpful. We arrived early but had no problem getting the roōm early. I was excited to stay there at such a low price - they also changed our room for us when we reported the condition of the assigned room.The 1st room was totally stripped of all dishes, coffee maker & anything useable , there were many holes in the walls, the bathroom and walls were disturbingly dirty & the bed appeared to be raggedy. The 2nd room was better- with dishes, utensils etc, and no holes in the wall, acceptably clean. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. The outsides of the buildings are all old and ragged - but the parking was easy & its in a good location. Overall, I should have known from the price it was gonna be rough - but that is not what the photos showed. Props to the check in staff for being so friendly & kind.

We did not stay in the room because it was unacceptable. The room smelled, the sheets were grungy, the table was broken, the couch was stained, and the carpet was filthy. The overall condition was completely uninhabitable.We understand that Sonesta has already refunded you the money for the reservation. However, given that we were forced to leave immediately and did not stay for either of the two nights booked, we are requesting full compensation for both nights.Please confirm when this refund will be processed.Sincerely,
