Beautiful newly renovated waterfront home

Beautiful home located on the water with a spacious lawn and dock. The home has completely renovated with everything brand new. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a hall bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with twin beds and a playroom with a very nice plush pull out sofa that I provide all fresh linens for. There are four bathrooms, a living room, dining room, breakfast room/kitchen combo and a sun room. There are two very nice decks on the back and a very large backyard with plenty of outdoor entertaining space. It is fantastic for families, reunions and weddings. The home is close to shopping, attractions, downtown Charleston and the beaches.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful house with an amazing view of lake! Plenty of room for our family of 6 with tvs in every room. Large well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding

Perfect size for a wedding/ get together of about 20-30 people. Beautiful home and location, perfect for a celebration or long weekend. The host was incredible and very easy to communicate with! Would recommend this location to anyone and will be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful place to relax with family.

This was such a beautiful home that presented even nicer than the pics. Clean, comfy, and spacious with a nice outdoor area to enjoy the views. Michelle was very quick to respond to whatever we needed. It was perfect for us.

Great family gathering place!

This property was very well appointed and a perfect gathering place for our extended family. Ten of us stayed comfortably, however, we were able to have family dinners including an additional 7 people quite comfortably! It was great to have nice quality glassware, dishes and cookware. Beautiful views from multiple rooms. Would definitely return when back in Charleston and recommend to others without hesitation.

Pics don’t do it justice!

Beautiful place on a beautiful reservoir. We’ve stayed in many air bnbs/vrbos and this was by far the cleanest and nicest. Pictures online don’t do it justice. When we saw hot tub listed, we thought it meant an outdoor hot tub instead of a personal spa area in the master bedroom, but that was a nice area too. The host effectively communicated everything and even offered early check in. We definitely plan on staying again in the future and will bring binoculars next time to enjoy all of the pretty wildlife even more! Thanks for being a wonderful host!

Better than the Photos

The bridesmaids stayed here for a bachelorette. We had a group of 24 and 8 of us stayed at the home and hosted here. Michele was awesome! She contacted me to ask what time we were coming in and gave us an early check-in. We loved the space, it was plenty for entertaining. The water view was amazing. It was so beautiful to wake up to! A few things to consider, being a waterfront property, there are bugs outside. Make sure you use the front door at night as these bugs follow the light! The fourth bedroom doesn't have a real bed (it's a pull out couch). The driveway has a hump, scratched the bottom of my car when coming in and out the driveway. It's not a big deal but bring a SUV if you can! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need from pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Michele was an awesome host! She gave us her personal number to contact her 24/7 and quickly responded! Definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the North Charleston area!
