Private entry tucked away from other units with views of The Pines. Surrounded by trees you feel that you woke up in a forest in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy outdoor activities with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

It was a perfect location for us and we will probably stay here again. The only 2 complaints were that the couch is very uncomfortable and the vent in the upstairs bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Family Gathering

We had a Family Gathering in Placerville and needed a place to escape to, and sleep in.We’ve stayed in these units before and knew what a great deal it was.Close to town, but secluded, clean & quiet!We will definitely return again.

I trusted the reviews on this property and i was let down. Not quiet at all, speeding traffic from highway 50 all night long. Bed so so. Stairs narrow and hard to bring up luggage. Shower head made a trickle of water (don’t plan on washing your hair ladies) and the heating unit in one bedroom let out a loud hum intermittently causing us to not heat the place in order to get sleep. I reported shower issues and noise from unit to property management on day 2 of our visit. The resolution to the mini split came on day 6. No resolution to the shower head. Also there are plenty of rodents wandering around in the attic.

Perfect! Highly recommend

Other than an initial technical error in communication regarding access instructions, this beautiful condo was absolutely perfect for what I was hoping for. It is quiet, peaceful, clean, cozily nestled in the trees, and a great location. It was everything needed for a wonderful stay. 😊

Perfect place

Our family is always needing a Hotel with 2 beds and a couch ( my son is special needs and sleeps on couches), which can be hard to find sometimes or hard to not pay $500 plus a night on. These units are so roomy and the price is fantastic ! Clean and very comfortable. They are welcoming and have thought of many details to make the trip so pleasant! Only suggestion is they could add TV service!

Family Visit

Was very comfortable! I loved it. The place was immaculate. So quiet and private while we were there. Beautiful view of the woods out the window. There was every amenity one might want. They even had games that we played.Such a great central location to access Placerville and surrounding areas. The quaint little town has many antique and specialty stores along with many good restaurants. We went to the historic gold mine in town for a tour at Goldbug Park. From the description, I thought there would be hiking trails in the woods that could be accessed right outside the unit, but there was not. We would have liked hiking around our place. The only thing I might suggest is that were more mugs, plates, and silverware. There were plenty for my husband and I, but we had a family breakfast and we were short of coffee cups and utensils. Was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place with the basics

This condo has a lot of nice conveniences. There is shaded parking that is steps away from the entrance that is big enough for a large truck or two cars. The property has tons of mature trees which provide a lot of shade and keep the place cool (the A/C also works very well). The unit has a small front porch, which is great for storing bikes or kayaks. The unit itself is somewhat small, but has all the basics. Wi-Fi is reasonably fast. Everything was clean and nice. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Stay

We were asked to switch units because the guests in the original unit wanted to extend their stay. This was fine with us. However, the next communication gave us an incorrect unit letter address for this new unit. When we tried the lock for the unit in the newest communication, it wouldn't work and we could hear people inside, we called and were directed to the correct unit. Not a good error to make.

Spotless condo in the woods

The idea of a “condo” didn’t necessarily excite me, but the place was great. Nice views out all of the windows - felt like we were edging into the woods, while still just a couple minutes from Main St Placerville. The place was super clean and comfortable and spacious for just two of us.
