Just What You Were Looking For! *Not So*

The dates above are inaccurate. 1) The reservation was for 26-29 Sept; not 25-28 Sept. 2) The place turned out to be the exact opposite of what I was looking for. 3) I chose the location based on the description and pictures shown on this site! 4) The room looked nothing like the photos 5) The room had not been cleaned and there were dead bugs on the floor. 6) The Desk Clerk said she could not move me. 7) I refused to stay under those conditions and called the customer service number. 8) A ticket was opened for a refund, which they indicated would include a one night penalty, which I disagreed with.9) I didn’t know that my reservation was made through a third party and not directly by Vrbo 10) This experience leads me to be very skeptical about reserving this way again.

There are no light fixtures. There was no TV .

My overall impression of this place is that they took advantage of me change my room give me a room with no TV no light fixtures and just had a crappy time. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them although the desk clerk was really nice.

The only reason this property gets a one star review is because Jeff at the desk was very kind. It starts with pulling up to the parking lot that is littered with pot holes. The outside looks NOTHING like the photos. The front door was propped open and the smell of weed was over powering. I was to be staying as a single woman from out of state for two weeks and requested the second floor as I did not feel safe being on the first floor. I was given the key to a second floor room and tried to turn the light on - look up there's no fixture. There was no shower curtain, no toilet paper and the counter was very dirty. I went down to request a room change and was given a handicap room on the first floor. The manager who joined Jeff told me that I needed to go to the room assigned to me which was on the first floor. While this room was cleaner than the previous there were still bleach stains on the carpet, the white fridge handle was black with grime and the lampshade was damaged but turned towards the wall to hide it. I later read a review posted after I booked my stay about it being used as transitional housing for the homeless which explained the different men lingering in the halls. DO NOT stay here.
