The main level also includes a convenient half bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub which is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring local attractions. Upstairs you will find two restful bedrooms designed for a great night of sleep. The first bedroom features a luxurious king size bed a smart television for streaming and an en suite full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups offering a queen over queen bunk bed a smart television and an attached full bathroom. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the home to keep you connected during your stay.

Getting Around:

Getting to our home is a breeze and offers a stress free drive through the beautiful valley. Located in a peaceful residential area, the roads leading to the property are smooth and flat without any steep inclines or sharp switchbacks. We recommend arriving by personal vehicle as public transportation is limited in this area. For those flying in, McGhee Tyson Airport is the nearest major hub, typically a sixty minute drive away. Please note that parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in designated spaces only, and street parking is not permitted to ensure the safety and accessibility of the neighborhood.

Welcome to your home away from home in Sevierville. Please note that we manage several units in this building with similar layouts and decor, so your specific unit may vary slightly from the photos. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please observe our house rules. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children. Smoking, drug use, and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We provide a starter supply of essentials including linens, towels, shampoo, and coffee, but please bring extra supplies for longer stays. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and additional fees. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep local wildlife out. We appreciate you treating our home with respect and leaving it in good condition.
