We can’t wait to welcome you home to our newly renovated property just 2 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and still feel like you are nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you’ve ever stayed. If you have any question about the cleanliness, location, or pure awesomeness, take a look at our reviews and you will believe!


This is one of three units in a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet holler right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you’re deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You’ll be snoozin’ about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the Parkway! Check in his contactless and we will message you a door code prior to your arrival.


We own about 5.5 acres with a total of 9 units and nothing else so you are guaranteed peace and quiet.

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend with our family dog, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The property is conveniently located near all major Pigeon Forge attractions, but feels tucked away in tranquil privacy. The unit was SPOTLESS, and though it rained a lot we were thoroughly entertained by the games. We were comfortable and the hosts had thoughtful and kind touches throughout. We will absolutely be staying again! It’s our new go-to in the Pigeon Forge area!

Everything was nicely decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The property is close to everything we do but far enough away for nice and quiet. The owners communicate very well and even though we didn't need them during our stay, they had stated we could call or text them anytime.

Absolutely Wonderful

We could not have imagined a better place and location to stay. It seemed secluded but yet close to everything. The deco was just adorable and furniture was very comfortable. Will defiantly be back. Very clean as well...had a great time.

Great place to stay

Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was simple. Property is close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. We stayed in a triplex but the only time we heard the neighbors were when they closed their car doors. I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked through the door

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn't like was the driveway as this could really mess up someone's car, especially a low profile vehicle. This won't be the only thing preventing us from staying there again.

Incredible stay!

Everything about this stay was so amazing. This is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Hosts communicated very well and we had zero issues during our stay. Location is amazing as well. Just about 10-15 min from all of the main pigeon forge tourist things!

Clean,cozy, comfortable

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this wonderful little place in Sunnydale Holler. From the moment we opened the doors, the beautifully fragrant clean space welcomed us from our journey to get here. Everything was immaculate! Every need anticipated! So many extra touches! This place was just a very special and extremely convenient location to stay when visiting the area. We are empty nesters, and it was so nice to bring our very small fur babies with us! Great Getaway

The property was just how it was presented online. The place was so nice and clean! Our dogs loved the field that was in front of the unit. Communication with the owners was superb! The location was perfect! I highly recommend this place and will plan on booking again in the future.

Anniversary Getaway

We booked this trip at the last minute for a quick Anniversary Trip. The property was lovely at the end of a quiet neighborhood. It was updated, clean, and very functional. Whenever you needed something, just open a cabinet and whatever you were looking for was neatly tucked in a basket for you. We would stay at this property again.

Breath of fresh air

Beautifully peaceful spot to stay. After going to different places during the day it was always lovely to get back *home* . Great place also for our dogs. Would totally recommend booking this place if you need to get away from it all, but also want to see the tourist attractions.. It is a win win here.

Cozy Cabin

It's always sunny at Sunnydale Holler

My husband and I loved our stay at Sunnydale Holler. It was close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg, yet off the busy tourist path. The one bedroom bungalow is well appointed with all that you need for a sweet stay in the Smoky Mountains. We were happy that it was totally pet friendly with a large grassy area for our dog Sophie to romp and play. The video games and foosball table were big hits with our grandkids who lived nearby. We look forward to returning to the Smoky Mountain and booking our stay at Sunnydale Holler.

Family vacation

Everything was so nice, and clean. Everything we needed was provided when we arrived. Questions were answered promptly and Kim and Logan were very helpful when called. We plan to stay again when we return to the area. Bonus is they allow your fur babies to come with you. We appreciate all that you do/did to make our stay a happy and stress less.
