Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Koolkondo is proud to present to you The Springwater Compound Oceanfront - a unique experience right across the street from Poipu Beach Park. You can't get any closer to the beach than this! The beach is only one minute walk from the home. Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home consists of two separate units that have been remodeled from top to bottom featuring all the luxury features you would expect including AC in the living areas and all bedrooms, large ocean view balcony, modern kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances. 

This home features 5 separate bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the unit one living room and four bathrooms with modern tile showers. This home is complete with washer and dryer. You will enjoy the wonderful second floor deck that is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. 

The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need. You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! Sleeps up to 14 guests.Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

The host was wonderful and very responsive to questions. The location was ideal. You have the two best beaches for children in the area (snorkeling, wading, and boogie boarding, and daily turtles). You also don't have to worry about parking because you are right there...that is a game changer.The house was very clean and the 'basement' patio was ideal for a barbecue and evening get togethers with the family.Oh, and I forgot to mention the restaurants near by...I would stay here again with our family of 12 (spouses and children).

Wonderful Location and Great House

We have a family week on Poipu beach and you could not pick a better location than this house. Everything was wonderful and the staff was only a text away for any question or concerns. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect hale in perfect location

As there were six of us, we rented both units. It ended up working perfectly for us. Both units were in pristine condition, with plenty of quality kitchen supplies, towels, and beach gear. And the location couldn't have been better, with the beach only steps away (loved the turtles!) and numerous great restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to go back!

Incredible stay across from the beach

The property was amazing and exactly as described. The level of communication from the property manager was stellar and they were incredibly accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for an amazing place to wake up to the beach every morning.

Great house close to beach

This property is located directly across the road, with easy access, to Poipu Beach. The two units were the perfect size for our party of nine and had everything needed for a six day stay; including all kitchen amenities and everything for all outdoor beach activities. The property managers were easy to work with and quick to respond to us.

Family celebration

We had a fabulous stay. The property was very well equipped with supplies: kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs and other beach toys. We sat a the beach almost daily to watch the sea turtles beach themselves or to observe the rare Hawaiian monk seals. And after a long day of play - the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family of 12 ranging in ages from 3 months to 72 had any amazing time. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, Puka Dog and Brenneke’s. The house was stocked with everything a family needs to enjoy a wonderful day at the beach! Corey was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. The house was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend - Amazing propetery

What a fantastic house! We spent 9 days enjoying Kauai and this house was a big reason our vacation was such a success. It is literally steps away from 2 amazing beaches. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day at the beach or hiking. The house itself was well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen equipment and beach gear. AC worked great. Most importantly the property manager and his team were super friendly and quick to respond. Made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back again.

Clean & Convenient Location

The property is conveniently located to Poipu beach. All ages could enjoy the beach - from my surfer husband to my little kids aged 7 and 5. The property was well stocked with towels, soap, bbq area, and kitchen supplies. One thing I was concerned about was checking in. I had to reach out a few times through phone call or VRBO messaging to confirm the check in process which was not provided until 2 days before arrival. However, once we were able to connect, they provided videos and an onsite contact. Hope to stay here again with the rest of our O’ahu family.

I would pass

For the price we paid I cannot recommend. Biggest disappointment was the AC; the smaller two room side had no ac in the rooms DESPITE the owner saying they did in his posting, which to us was deceptive advertising, we would not have rented this unit had we known. Owner offered 10% off even though a full 40% of the rooms (2 of 5) were unbearable to sleep in. This was a real challenge for kids naps and nighttime sleeping. The owner is not to be trusted and by our experience is very cheap. Property's best feature - the location, is good for access to beach – a plus with kids. BUT also very loud with cars and music and parties. No privacy - cars park everywhere. Owner has a small unit next door and EVERYONE parks their cars next to your driveway. Prepare to feel like you are staying in a parking lot. Yard care - three days of the week we stayed? Chain saws, blowers... forget kids sleeping during the day. The recent remodel put lipstick on a pig but it was done poorly and cheaply. Blinds in one room did not work so no way to block light. Master bathroom faucets were broken, light fans in some rooms didnt work, AC units in two rooms dripped and were very noisy when they went off and on. The owner even went so far as to limit ac use to 74 degrees. Good supply of beach equipment but it is kept in a dark room with no light. Corey the property manager is very nice and responsive. If this property goes down about 30% you might consider it if you can put up with the issues.
