A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Enjoy your stay in this cozy, recently updated townhouse! This townhouse is centrally located to Downtown Dallas one way and Cowboys Stadium the other way! Wifi and parking are included.

**Please note the pool is closed for the season**

Every space was designed and furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All rooms have smart TVs and you will be able to enjoy multiple streaming services on each tv.

Main Bedroom: Queen bed and full bathroom. Smart TV

Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds (Bottom-Full, top- Twin). Smart TV

The living area has a smart tv and an electric fireplace.

The pool table room features a standard size pool table and a smart tv for entertaining purposes.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances as well as many additional items to make your stay have a more home feel.

Kitchen also features a coffee station with necessities provided.

Access will be through the back door from which you will park under the carport.

There are 2 parking spots located in the back of the unit. In the event overflow parking is needed, you will find 2 spaces (first come, first serve) located diagonally across from the complex, 2 spaces (first come, first serve) located at the entrance and there are several parking spaces in the front of the complex. Please read welcome letter with further details of parking upon booking.

Not as described

The location itself was ideal for our trip. However, the description of the property itself was not. Description of beds was 3 queens there was only 1 in the master bedroom. The second besroom was bearly a full. Im 5'1 and my feet were right at the edge. The 3rd bedroomhad bunkbeds the bottom bunl was super uncomfortable as soon as we laid down we could feel tje springs.

PERFECT SPOT

We went for Khmer New Years, this place was not far from the temple. Fit 2 families just fine. Kitchen was nicely loaded. Extra throw blankets are a nice touch. The only thing that was off was the pool/air hockey table was broken so you cant play it but the ping pong topper was there so we were able to enjoy that. Parking fit a crossover and a truck just fine. Hidden gem is correct!

Fun, comfortable and great location

We visited for a wedding and picked this property due to its proximity to our events and the fun amenities it offers. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and invite some of the wedding party over to get ready before the big day. Beds were comfortable and we felt very safe in the location.... which is super close to many restaurants and stores. I would've given 5 stars across the board, but we had a very minor cleaning issue + an HVAC repair, both of which the owner took care of INSTANTLY and even went as far as to give a partial refund for the inconvenience. The pics make it look a little newer than it actually is -- this did not bother us nor affect our comfort level, but I would be lying if I said it didn't surprise us when we first walked in. Overall I would highly recommend this property and praise the owners for their great communication and speedy attention to the small issues we had.

Nice place to stay when in the area

Fast response to my questions. Very little communication was needed. House was easy to find and enter. It's in a good location. You are pretty close to a lot of things. The kids loved the little table games. The central air unit works way to well. They had put up a Christmas tree. That was a nice touch. Overall it was a nice stay. No complaints.

A grand time in Grand Prairie

We were in town for the Cowboys football game. If you have kids this is the perfect place for you to stay plenty of games in the house a pool table air hockey table, although the pool table needs to be updated everything else was great. It was still very hot outside roughly 98° each day but the pool was closed. We went out to eat for every meal we didn't cook in the house, but I did see every thing that you would need to cook with pots pans air fryers all that stuff. During my stay I did not need to contact the host because everything was fine, but during the time I was making a reservation there was a little bit of confusion and she got right back to me instantly and sorted everything out

Mission Arlington Trip

Wonderful rental and handled professionally! The AC went out and Cassandra had it repaired within hours. The beds are a little firm but comfortable. Nice neighborhood - convenient to Dallas proper but away from the madness. I would most definitely rent again if in the area :)

Clean and Quiet!

The property was just like the listing stated and Cassandra was a great communicator. The house is in a Very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. We were only about 15minutes from the Cowboys Stadium. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely book here again!
