The Oasis - Relaxing 5 Bedroom with a Pool near OU

The Oasis is a 'Designs by Davis' home, thoughtfully curated to bring you both the feeling of home as well as a resort experience.

Our intention for this home is to provide you both the feeling of being home, but also having access to resort-worthy amenities, such as a large backyard swimming pool and an inviting living situation - both indoors and outdoors. We also offer full access to the garage that fits two vehicles.

The Oasis offers 5 bedrooms, 4 with a king-size memory foam mattress and one with a Queen, as well as a dresser and clothing hanging solutions.

The main floor living room is right off of the large, family-style kitchen which is sure to provide you with an inviting space to mingle and enjoy each other's company.

The backyard brings the resort to you with cozy seating on the back porch, and seating and lounging space closer to the backyard pool. We also offer a bbq style grill and a play area for kids. We offer access to the 1/2 acre lot that our backyard area provides, and a cornhole game to set up in that area. The driveway is built to accommodate up to five (5) vehicles.

Guest access
Guest will be able to access the entire home, with the exception of one owner's closet under the stairwell which will be locked, the hot tub, and the backyard shed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

There is no dining table in the home, but we do offer a large kitchen island with four barstools and an outdoor seating area to fit 6.

It is also important to note that there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. The pool area is protected by a gate, but please remain aware of pets and children in the backyard pool area.

Lastly, we offer a storm shelter in the garage and a safe in the master bedroom closet. The key is provided for your use, but the loss of the key will result in a $50 replacement fee.
