The building we stayed at was kind of sketch. Parts were under construction, other areas in disrepair, and our build had large signs that read Sleep Study which is fine except we heard banging throughout the night. It was okay but I would not recommend to others unless you're looking for simple amenities

The room was not like the pics the carpet was dirty and stained the bathroom was old outdated and dirty and there was a no refund policy and they wanted a deposit this is definitely not a good place to stay

Ok but not a place I would stay at again.

The location was fine and the room had almost everything we needed with the exception of dishes and silver ware to be able to eat. The write up stated everything would be available which it was not. Additionally we did notice the furnitures armrest were stained along with the kitchen and bathroom rug. The stain in the bathroom looked to be blood which made us feel a bit uneasy. The bed was comfortable and the location was on a first floor which made it very easy to get to.

Getaway

This property is about 15-20 minutes outside of Cleveland, which was great. Our room was large and spacious. The room had some wear and tear, including a toilet that was not secured to the floor, but some of that is expexted because this is an extended stay property.

Dirty

The room wasn’t nice and updated and clean like the pictures. Carpet had cigarette burns and food that wasn’t swept up, the end tables had sticky stuff on them like they were never wiped down, found pubic hairs in the bathroom, by the fireplace and between the bed sheets when pulled the top sheet back, tons of old food covering the sink and sink drain clogged. We let the front desk know the sink was nasty and we needed new bed linens and twice they said they were sending someone to take care of it but never did. Thankfully it was a very short stay. At least the lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and friendly and it was easy to stay here with my dog.

The place is a complete disappointment - filthy!

This is NOT a vacation residence. It’s a hotel, in a run down area. We booked the spot so we could make diner, relax, and do what we needed to do while in town without having to go out to restaurants or grocery stores for food. The pictures on the website show housewares (dining set, cups, etc) beautiful, well appointed rooms with lots of pillows and blankets. We got to our room and the refrigerator wasn't working. I called the front desk and it took them an hour to finally decide to move us to a new room. At the new room, there was no table to eat at. No cups, no silverware or plates, nothings. There were two pillows on the bed. We asked for more pillows the front desk said, “Sorry, only two pillows per room. If your first room had more it was a mistake.” I asked for a table and she said, “What do you want me to do, it’s not as though I have a surplus of tables anywhere.” The place stank of dampness and weed. There were cigarette butts behind the bed. We left and went and stayed at a Hampton in. Happy to send you pics if you doubt any of this.

We tried to reach out to them and there is no phone number or way to contact the owners other than email which takes 48 hours to respond and we never did receive a response. Due to their lack of response we had to miss our stay and never actually saw property
