The condo has an excellent view and is located next to Panderri, a cafe, which is excellent. The condo is equipped for short time stays, but the kitchen is not equipped for cooking. There are no pot holders and one dish towel.The host provides only a minimum of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. All of this may sound picky but for the amount charged I had higher expectations.The condo is clean and the bed is comfortable. Enjoy the view!

The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Gia was very quick and informative in responding to messages.

Our coordinator, Gia, was great at helping us with questions and recommendations. Also, the building security staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel like their home was our home!

The room was just as pictured. Note: there was only ONE beach chair and one uncomfortable folding camp chair. Besides that, everything was great. Very clean room, safe building, easy access to beach & shopping. Beautiful location for view. It was quiet and front desk security staff was very friendly. Communication was great! We had a very nice trip!

My Husband & I rented this unit from Ms. Hutt for a very much needed week long vacation. Ms. Hutt was nothing but helpful & quick to respond. The place was absolutely wonderful with an amazing view! The room itself... was super clean, upgraded & very comfortable. The beds were very comfy as well with plenty of pillows. The entire appt has AC... a well equipped kitchen & literally everything you could possibly need to make your stay a pleasant one. She gave us recommendations of places to go to & stay away from. We took her advice on one of the restaurants she had recommended by the name of Sama Playero Bistro... & it was more than AMAZING! We will definitely be back & will recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to call home while on vacation. Thank you very, very much Ms. Hutt!

Beauty from the balcony!

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful ocean! The condo had everything we needed! We stopped by for food,water and essentials and ate at local restaurants nearby the condo. We were able to get to Farjardo in 20 minutes and Old San Juan in about 45 with light traffic. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this condominium and greatly appreciated several aspects of my stay. The ocean view from both the living room and bedroom was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a refreshing start to each day. The decor was pleasing, and all the rooms to be commendable. The unique amenities, such as beach chairs and towels, were a thoughtful touch that added to the convince of my stay. The kitchen was well - equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, which was very helpful. Additional, the friendly staff provided excellent service, and having 24 hour security gave me a peace of mind. The location was fantastic; it was within walking distance to various restaurants, and food market. The only downside no buses on the Main Street. Plenty of free parking on front of the building if you rent a car. I personally took an Uber every day. They pick you up right on front of the building. I can't wait to go back soon.

Great location and view

Absolutely loved the location and the view was just as described. Wonderful local food options near by and beach was extremely close. Condo had everything we needed and communication was easy and quick. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. My only complaint was finding the entrance when driving yourself. Our map apps didnt direct us to the right location. I would suggest stating the business infront of the entrance gates ro help locate easier.

Great stay

Apartment was identical to the listing. The apartment was very clean and included cooking, cleaning and blackout essentials if needed. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Best part was hearing the sounds of the ocean at night. Close to everything and I would definitely return.

Great first stay in Puerto Rico!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The area was very safe and everyone was always very friendly. It’s super close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, so we were able to walk to most places. We had a clogged toilet and the property manager was very responsive and sent someone to fix it immediately. Great experience overall!

Wonderful Stay!

Gia's was great about communicating with me. Her place was easy to find. I felt completely safe in the unit and in the area. She provided everything we needed for our time there plus so many extra nice touches. The water was nice and hot. Everything was new and clean. I would highly recommend!

Great view!

Off to a rough start. Did not have check in info. Turns out I just didn't find in VRBO app (after I got home reviewed how I missed it). With help from manager it was all resolved first night. Satisfactory visit. Beaches were close and enjoyed our visits. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy.

Great stay. This condo offered everything we needed just steps away from the beach and pool. Nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Luquillo

This property matched the pictures and description without fault. The view from the balcony was beautiful- a perfect spot to start each day. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was great- quick with responses. Take advantage of her suggestions, we took many and were never disappointed. The staff at the complex was incredibly friendly, and while we did not need any help I feel they would have readily offer any assistance needed. We spent 2 weeks here; it was the perfect spot for long walks on the beach ( at least 2 miles in either direction), having a beach day right outside your door, or being a home base for El Yunque, Fajardo, Culebra, or San Juan. There are great restaurants/ street food/bars that you can walk to. We loved our stay here and would choose this place if we return to PR.

Amazing week!

The property was amazing and has a ton of activities. The view is amazing! You can see the beach and surrounding area. Super family friendly. Met several people who own units in the building and they were so nice and welcoming. Felt very safe. You need a pass to get on the property and then a key to get in building and there is a 24 personnel at both. Two separate basketball courts, one full size and another four smaller kids. The pool is huge. Everything was clean and neat. Washer and dryer in the unit, decent size TV’s, two single beds in the living room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lastly, Gia was amazing. I messaged her several times and she always responded within just a couple minutes. She was not just friendly, but also accommodating. I’m very appreciative to have stayed here. I am confident we will be back!

Breath taking vacation

Just like the pictures on the web site. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my sister and dad. We enjoyed the breathtaking scenery. The security was very attentive which I liked and friendly.I would definitely go back can’t wait to book again
