Newly built private villa nestled in the peaceful community of Morne Le Blanc, Laborie. Sky Luxury Villa has quite alot to enjoy and offer. This property sleeps up to 4 and offers amenities such as a top deck pool, rain showers, Bluetooth surround sound, Netflix access and more. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and the well known fishing village of Laborie, right off of the top deck. Only 15 minutes away from the international airport and 40 minutes away from the island's major attractions, such as the drive in volcano, mud baths, waterfalls and snorkeling shores.
Let us take away the hassle of vacation planning. Concierge services are available to you at no cost and will assist in booking excursions, private dining, on site spa treatments and any other requests you may have. Special occasion? This was our first trip to St. Lucia and found this gem to stay at. A beautiful clean space with lots of outside space. Coffee on the porch each morning and afternoons on the top patio with pool. Views from all directions. Bertrand was very helpful and responsive and Julie was there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to stay at.

We stayed at Sky Luxury Villa for 5 nights. The rooftop pool and patio has an amazing view of Laborie harbour. It is a great location for exploring the southern part of the island with Laborie beach and Rudy John beach a 5 minute drive and several other places and activities a 45 minute drive or less including the sulphur springs and mud bath, Tet Paul Trail, Toraille Falls, Soufriere, Anse Chastelet Beach and Sugar Reef Beach. Julie personally met us at the villa for check in and answered all our questions and provided great suggestions and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend this villa for a stay in the Laborie area.

Great location, excellent host

This villa was perfect for our family and came equipped with everything we needed for stay. Julie was available to answer any questions I had throughout our stay. She even put together and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay since we were coming with our two small children for the holiday. So thoughtful!

Awesome Property

This is an amazing property! Beautiful view. Great pool. The perfect seclusion for me and my wife. Julie picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and to a restaurant. She was available for whatever we needed which really made us not feel alone. Hospitality at its finest! Communication with the owners and instructors were clear. We came to St. Lucia a couple of days early for a wedding at a resort. After a couple of days at the resort we wished we were back at this place!

I had such an amazing first time in St. Lucia for my birthday trip. The host Julie was very welcoming and helpful and responded promptly whenever I had any questions or even needed suggestions. She assisted in any excursions and food recommendations close by and also helpful with us finding anything and assisted us in getting a rental car. I enjoyed my time, from enjoying the sunrise at the pool or even star gazing peaceful on the rooftop. The only minor con is that some days are hot in the living room so keeping the ac going helped balance those hotter moments due to the humidity. I felt safe and enjoyed this space. I loved there was a balcony for each room and living room. For my first time in St. Lucia this was a beautiful treat and a great learning experience of this great island. This place was very welcoming and may require a driver if you’re not fully comfortable driving on the left and on very curvy and diverse roads especially at night but overall a gem. I truly appreciate my stay here and can’t wait to visit again, honestly. Thank you again.

Beautiful villa with incredible views

My husband and I along with 2 of our friends spent 2 weeks at the Luxury Sky Villa in February of 2025. We usually book house rentals through VRBO when we travel. Our hosts at Luxury Sky Villa provided such amazing hospitality before during and even after our stay. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything was clean and well maintained .

The property looks just like the photos, very clean and well kept. The place is beautiful, check in easy, roof top pool a plus, will definitely return. Place is in a developing area, so nothing around but the town and beach is only 2 minutes drive away and great hang out spots in town. Love it.

Great stay with amazing views

The house had amazing views. We were close enough to participate in zip lining, Sulphur Springs, Project Chocolate at Hotel Chocolate. We even went to Anse Chastenet beach near Jade Mountain. We beach hopped in one day from Laborie Beach, Choiseul beach and Soufriere beach.
