** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Location!

The Marriott Mountainside cannon be beat when it comes to location and access to the mountain. Although the snow was less than past years, the ski valet and and access to the lift are wonderful. The rooms have everything you need to dine in, along with adequate storage and your own washer/dryer in the 1 bedroom suite. The pool/spa area is great coming off the mountain. Not the most luxurious stay, but very welcoming for families and groups.

Awesome week in PC!!

The Marriot Mountainside was Awesome!!! Perfect location!! Ski right out the door!! Met the best people at the PigPen Saloon!! Free bus/shuttle transportation to town, which was a 5min ride!! Everyone we met there was great and friendly!! Definitely planning another trip back next year!! Luckily we got a few feet of snow while we were there, apparently it’s the worst year in over 20yrs we heard! But we all had a great time, and got plenty of riding in!!

Family Friendly Fun

The property was perfect for our family of six. The ski in/ski out ability, the pool, many hot tubs, and all the actities were incredible. The rooms were a great size and the full kitchen was just what we needed.

Amazing Family Ski Trip

We loved staying with our family at Marriott Mountainside for our yearly ski trip. It was super simple to fly in and out of SLC. The resort is only 35 minutes away (Can't beat that!!). The mountain is amazing. Tons of snow and great lifts. We loved the hotel. Amazing location right at the base of the mountain. Easy access to the mountain through PayDay and Crescent lifts (not a long lift line, unlike the Gondola). Spacious rooms, loved their hot tub/pool area overlooking the mountain and fire pit area for smores and hot cocoa, great amenities for all ages, kids playroom, pool and ping pong tables for teens, friendly staff, and the cherry on top, covered garage parking included!

A cozy retreat in the Heart of Park City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott's MountainSide during our visit to Park City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfort of the accommodations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of snowboarding. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding. There was even a kid's club and a game room to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was MASSIVE. We literally skied right into the hotel swimming pool area. :) The one thing I missed immensley was a hotel bar. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot wait to return next year!

Marriott's MountainSide at Park City

We loved the proximity of the resort to the slopes! It was also very close to downtown and an easy Lyft or Uber ride away. The hot tubs and pool were great! The activities and specialties (chili night, hot dog/sausage night, etc.) were a lot of fun and the kids loved it. I would recommend MountainSide to anyone planning to ski Park City/Canyons!

2024 Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott’s Mountainside Resort in Park City. The resort has a lot of amenities-a nice gym, free Ski Valet, and lovely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis, to name a few. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been but that was quickly corrected by housekeeping. Two things stood out about this resort: First was the location-it was amazing for ski-in/ski-out. Second was the resort staff. They were kind and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Park City Ski Vacation

The listing was exactly as advertised. We had great interactions with the resort staff, both at the Marriott and the Epic mountain teams. If you want real "event", take the Snowed Inn Sleigh Ride & Dinner. We're looking forward to come back next year.
