Please note that the size of the beach in front of the condo may vary throughout the year due to wave patterns and currents. The resort also provides an on-site laundry facility, and there are no additional resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
