Welcome to Station 3 at the Railroad Ranch, a fully automated smart home managed by our A.I. butler, Ziggy. You'll experience a personalized welcome and hospitality from the moment you arrive. We've spared no expense in renovating this space to provide a 5-star experience for our guests. The kitchen, bathroom, floors, lighting, and more have all been modernized and resurrected to offer the ultimate comfort and convenience. Watch the outdoor cameras from the T.V., marvel at the technical wonders of the Echo Show 15 in the kitchen, and control scenes and programs with the touch of a button. You'll sleep soundly on our 12-inch memory foam beds. Stay at Station 3 and experience the future of smart homes. We can't wait to host you!

Guests have full access to Kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom, and all spaces in Station 3. When Station 2 (adjacent unit) has a check-out during your stay, our cleaning staff will access the pass-thru door to utilize the washer and dryer. (a 24-hour notice will be given to guests) Guests can lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy during this time. The laundry room will be closed from 11 am until 3 pm.

Parking is free with a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you need additional vehicles, please inquire.

**Smoking**
There is a designated smoking area in the back.

**PETS**
All pets must be added to the reservation.
A $50.00 cleaning fee is included upon adding them to the reservation. If you have more than two pets, please send an inquiry.

The Railroad Ranch is equipped with NASA-based technology proven to reduce 99.9% of SARS-CoV-2 airborne in 1 minute and sterilizes all hard surfaces after 7 hours of running. (I run it 24/7). It is successful against all DNA, RNA viruses, and variants. The Railroad Ranch provides clean air you can trust. All supporting documents are available upon request.

**Work Group Terms**
We welcome workgroups working in the area. When you are booking the reservation for your workers and not planning on staying at The Railroad Ranch yourself, the following three requests are required:

1. I.D., Contact information of foreman to be shared with the host.
2. A 45.00 non-refundable damage waiver or refundable 200 deposit is required.
3. The host will perform a video walkthrough at check-in and check-out for the guest that made the reservation. Access to Station Three will be granted for last-minute bookings once the first three requirements are met.

The guest and workgroup agree to the Work Group Terms when a reservation is booked, and a reservation code has been assigned. Please complete requests 1-3 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed and not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.
