This apartment unit comes fully furnished with all of your essential needs. The unit is very spacious of 705Sq and 10-ft ceilings. With designer furnishings giving it a modern & luxurious style, keeping a minimalistic approach in mind.
Location: On the first floor.
The living room area has a projector style tv which gives the unit a chill and lofty vibe. You can stream all streaming channels. Perfect for watching movies, music videos, sports games and more.
You get beautiful pool views right from the balcony. The pool has a beautiful waterfall that gives off soothing & tranquil sounds that you will find super relaxing and enjoy.
You will have access to all of the amenities here at the complex. This community often has community events such as sip and paint nights, food truck vendors and other fun activities for the residents here. There will often be Yoga Sessions offered on weekends free of charge.
There is also free covered and gated garage parking available to you and your guest.
7 minutes into Downtown and 15 minutes into the Medical Center.
