The neighborhood features a gorgeous park equipped with plenty of space for the family to spread out, a playground area with climbing-structures for children, and a lake with various walking/biking trails, less than a block away.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping a group of 8, a spacious living room, a quiet family room with a wood burning fireplace and a designated single-person office space, a second family room that's been transformed into a theater & gaming room in the basement, an open floor kitchen (newly finished) with upgraded appliances, a dining room accommodating 6 people (8 upon request), a private fenced-in backyard with a gas-burning grill, and an underground heated pool (seasonally). In the summer time we have fruits, vegetables, and herbs that grow in the back... please, help yourself!

Trash Removal, Pool Care, and Lawn Care come every Tuesday. Applicable care, aforementioned, is weather/season permitting.

POOL SEASON : Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend

If you are occupying the property for more than 7 days, we will coordinate a plan to keep the indoor plants watered. Housekeeping will be there to quickly care for indoor plants on Tuesdays. Should the guest not want anyone in the home while it is being occupied, guests' can opt to water plants themselves. Guests' will refer to instructions in manual located in kitchen.
