Comfort and the convenience of everything on one floor in a sought-after location is what you will find at 168 Beachwalk. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath end-unit villa has coastal beach vibes throughout. The open plan is filled with natural light and comfortably accommodates a family or party of 6.

Be among the first to experience this completely renovated villa where everything is new from floor to ceiling! The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing a cup of coffee or a gourmet meal. There is seating for 6 in the dining area and the living room with fireplace is the perfect place for game or movie night. You’ll find plenty of games on hand, as well, should you need any rainy-day activities! There is also a washer and dryer for your added convenience.

The sliders in the living room do more than frame the gorgeous lagoon and golf views. They offer access to a beautiful deck with dining area and space for relaxing with a good book while being soothed by calming breezes.

After enjoying your island adventures, you’ll find the spa-like bathrooms and comfy beds to your liking. Bedroom 1 features a king bed. In bedroom 2, you will find a queen and a full bed, and there is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Refresh with a hot shower or relaxing bubble bath and sleep like a baby when you slip into the crisp, clean bed linens.

This villa was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The pool and beach were both very close which was nice when carrying all your beach gear. The bedrooms were bright, comfortable and had lots of storage places for all our things. I highly recommend this unit for your next Hilton Head vacation!

Check in was good. We arrived after hours, and our passes were in the lockbox as promised. The overall villa was good with the exception of a couple of points. The area above the coffee bar and the back patio door had spider webs and there were 2 separate streams of ants on the walls. The host was notified, and they brought us a can of ant and roach spray. Perhaps that was all that could be done but it definitely detracted from the cleanliness and overall experience scores.

Walk to the Beach

Our family stayed here for two nights. It’s the best location within Shipyard for both beach access and pool. Overall it’s clean, newly remodeled and well kept. We had a few issues with the keypad (hard to open) during check in. Definitely need bug spray if you’re planing to sit on the backyard deck. Overall I’d give it 4 of 5 stars.

Villa was well appointed and had everything to meet our needs. Beds were comfortable, but love seat needs to be replaced because when you sit on it, you slide forward. For the first 2 weeks of our stay the unit above us was occupied, so everytime the occupants walked you could hear it. During the night when they flushed the toilet, we were awakened and the best was when we were told the owner was going to run a zoom dance class during dinner hour - extremely noisy, so we went outdoors.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: easy walk/bike ride to the beach, spacious rental, well stocked with cooking items in the kitchen (no dollar tree cheap stuff here, which we appreciated), comfortable furniture, well organized.Negatives: the dryer didn’t work the entire time we stayed. We appreciated that the management company had it looked at, but did not appreciate that it wasn’t repaired for our entire stay, nor were alternate accommodations made. We traveled with small children and the inability to dry towels and kid clothes was very frustrating. The parking lot for this rental is also not ideal and there’s a bit of a walk to get to the door of the rental. Not a huge deal, but we’ve definitely preferred the better parking of past rentals. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the quality of this rental and how well stocked it was, as well as its more spacious layout. Would be a 5 star review if the dryer had been repaired while we were there—wet clothes are a bummer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was overall good, as this condo complex has definitely showed its age. Yes, the condo has been remodeled throughout and was just what we needed, however be aware that the quality of work is in question. Outlet junction boxes that are loosely in the wall, new flooring pops up when you walk on the uneven floors as parts of the unit must have settled with its age, nail popping up through new flooring, tile grout in the shower chipped away, large dent in the fridge. The photos really sell this place. As far as how clean the unit was, it appeared to have been quickly wiped down, but the return air vent was just loaded with dirt and dust and the baseboards were dirty and dusty as well. Contacted Host 2 Coast about the findings and they were quick to respond and offered to come clean and repair some of the issues the next day or offered to attend to them after we departed. We cleaned the vent ourselves and elected to have them address the condo once we departed. Past that, the unit was everything we needed, amenities, perfect size, nice location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Be aware parking at this complex is a bit disjointed. Host 2 Coast was easy to communicate and work with. We would rent from them again.

The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved using the grill. The insulation between this unit and the upstairs unit is very thin. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi. Since we both work remotely, this was an inconvenience. Host2Coast did offer to come and help but we declined since we only had a couple of days left. This is a great property and the location can’t be beat!
