Relax and enjoy this fully renovated 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home.
Great Location! Right off US-50, minutes to Apple Hill and downtown Placerville.
Private, fenced 1-acre property with over 30 fruit trees. There are over 100 planted trees and shrubs with numerous garden boxes and a fully stocked greenhouse. Get lost in the bamboo forest while eating grapes off the trellis.
There is a year-round creek flowing at the back of the property providing serene water sounds.

Had a great great stay in placerville. This house has recently been remodeled yet still has some old world charm and the expansive property was fun for our toddler to explore.

Beautiful, clean, welcoming with three separate bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, nice outdoor areas and good communication from the host. Would definitely stay there again.

My favorite VRBO to date! We were greeted our first morning with some very friendly local turkeys and peacocks. Next morning we saw a baby doe. The cottage was so quaint and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much!!

Host Bea was great and communication was clear. The house was exceptionally clean which is a high on my list of requirements. The property and house were beautiful with lots of character. We even saw turkeys and peacocks near the creek and spent a decent time outside. I would come and stay again for sure! We found an amazing coffee/cafe 3 min walking distance that we frequented also. Their dirty chai was great as was all their food. Downstairs bed was comfortable but I’d prefer the upper beds to have a memory foam topper to make them extra comfy. Those were good for a few days. Overall very happy!

Great family getaway

This lovely little house had everything we needed close to apple hill and downtown placerville, there is even a tap room and brunch restaurant within walking distance. We enjoyed the tasteful decor and lots of outdoor space.

Serene cottage

We traveled from Ohio and we stayed in this cottage because we had a wedding to attend a few miles away at Saureel Vineyard. The cottage had everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the cottage but it was comfortable and suited our needs. We had breakfast one morning at the Buttercup cafe which was delish.. and took a stroll into downtown Placerville, which was lovely.

This was our second time staying at this cute little cottage in Placerville. The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect - close supermarket, freeways, and breakfast restaurants.

We had a wedding in Placerville and this was the perfect oasis for our family. The grounds are magical, the house is quaint with modern amenities. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay so much!

Fantastic house!

Beautiful, cozy house in a great location. Close to loads of amenities, but off the main road making it seem like you are further away from things than you actually are. House was immaculate and well furnished. Communication with the owner was very solid! Will definitely consider renting again!

Charming, Relaxing Sanctuary

Our family of 5 adults truly enjoyed this comfortable home. Updated, clean and charming. The surrounding grounds create a peaceful environment to enjoy and relax. Charming cottage for Christmas

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay at this charming VRBO. The house, with plenty of space, was perfect for us. The thoughtful touch of a Christmas tree added festivity. The updated kitchen and cleanliness were highlights. Conveniently located near the freeway, shops, and restaurants, yet it felt secluded and private. The beautiful property provided a great space for the kids to explore. Highly recommend for a comfortable getaway!

About 1 hour from South Lake Tahoe and Kirkwood Ski resort.
