This unique property features four private apartments that can be rented individually or all together for an incredible group experience. When booked as a whole, the Lodge comfortably hosts up to 20 guestsâperfect for families, friends, or multi-generational travel. Each group enjoys their own space and privacy, with the added benefit of gathering together just steps away.
When combined, the Lodge offers everything a large group could need: multiple kitchens, living areas, and balconies with views of both Vail Mountain and Vail Village. Enjoy two indoor parking spaces in the nearby Founders Garage, ski lockersfor all your gear, a grill for aprĂšs-ski dinners, and the warmth of a cozy gas fireplace. With dining, shopping, and nightlife just outside your door, many guests park the car on arrival and donât move it until departure. The free in-town shuttle makes it easy to explore beyond the village, but chances are, you wonât need to.
Slopeside Lodge includes the following flexible rental options:
#201: 3-bedroom unit with King, Queen, 2 Twin Bunks, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer
#202: 1-bedroom unit with Queen bed, sleeper sofa, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer
#204: Studio with Queen bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, and kitchenette
#304: Studio with King bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, and kitchenette

Important Notes
Rental Agreement: All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Vail Butler representative will contact you to discuss.
Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Vail Butler. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
