2nd floor. Includes Queen bed on bottom bunk with Twin XL on top. Perfect for an all kids room or parents who want to share a room with their child.

Bedroom #4 (Guest Room) - Sleeps 2
Ground floor. Includes a fold-out Queen bed. Bed is located in a murphy cabinet and folds out to extend into the room. The main floor full bathroom is connected and includes a sink, toilet, and shower.

Bedroom #5 (Above Garage Guest Room) - Sleeps 6
2nd floor. Includes Queen over Queen custom bunk beds and a King bed. This is the room of all rooms! This is a 460 sq ft apartment with an exterior entrance just outside of the main home. It has its own private full bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.

***We have an extra baby monitor meant to use in the garage bedroom. If you put kids to bed in the garage bedroom, but want to continue socializing with adults in the main house, you can keep an eye on the kids!
