Luckily, there are plenty of other activities close by to indulge in as well, such as parks, bowling alleys, and enough golf courses to call the area a golfer's paradise. After a fun day out and about, try one of the area's many local restaurants, some of which are along the ocean and provide a truly memorable view while you dine.

Back at your vacation condo, feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen and new appliances to enjoy a freshly prepared meal. Dine outdoors on the private balcony and take in the breathtaking view of the nearby marsh. Gather in the living area and watch TV or use the free high-speed WiFi. Already miss the view. Enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean upon arrival. Check in and check out were so easy. Easy access to the beach and the pool. The stairs were a bit much however they were exercise after enjoying dinner and dessert.

Very nice for a small family vacation

The place was nice and clean. It was the perfect size for our family. Entrance is 2 staircases up so please be prepared for that. Home was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials.

The 3rd party management company was often slow to respond and did not offer solutions for a request for access to beach chairs, which was part of the ad. I would suggest using a local realty company. We asked for someone from the local office to call and they never did. It was a bit frustrating

Cozy getaway

Once we established we were indeed at the correct location (name of building didn't match rental name and then it was difficult to tell which stairs to take) we had a lovely time! The condo was perfect for myself and my three daughters for the weekend. I enjoyed time on the balcony (though it did seem to have done doft spots as another reviewer mentioned) and the living room was well suited for four. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. An ocean view would have made it absolutely perfect, but the pelican view of the marsh was lovely. If we have a chance to get away again we'd definitely go back to Pelican's Watch.

Clean and comfortable

This is a great place to stay in Cherry Grove!Well-appointed with everything you need for a great stay, including very comfy beds). And the place was very clean (and I’m super picky about that)! Only had two complaints, neither of which were the fault of the property owner. We realized on the first night of our stay at 8:45 pm that we didn’t have towels. Called Vacasa (property management) and was told they would be dropped off that evening. No one called or dropped off towels. Called again next morning at 8:30, and towels finally arrived at 10 am. So, we had to change our plans a bit as we waited for towels to shower. The second night the wind was howling and something on the neighbor’s porch kept hitting the master bedroom window or siding at the head of our bed. They did allow us to check in earlier on the first day of our stay since the place was ready, which was nice. Overall, a great and clean place for my family!

Perfect for our group of 5 - two adults and three teens. The walk across to the beach is not bad at all, and the view from the back deck is really great despite not being 'ocean front'. The primary bath shower is super small, especially with the dispensers on the wall, but we're average-sized people, so we made it work. The main living area is nice. The kitchen is great for bringing your own groceries to cook (which is healthier too). This unit is located just far enough away from the worst traffic areas but still close enough to get to stores in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
