Situated in vibrant Tujunga Village (Studio City, LA), guests can stroll sidewalks to shops, cafes, restaurants, including the most trending boulevard in LA (Ventura Blvd). A few min drive to Universal Studios, Warner Bros, Disney, ABC/NBC, Burbank, Hollywood. Easy access to the West Side, downtown, transportation and freeways (101, 170 & 134).

The space
There are two living rooms, one looking out to the patio, which is set up for outdoor dining. The front living room looks out to the welcoming neighborhood and is connected to a small dining room. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has modern gas stove, refrigerator and beautiful cabinetry. The Master bedroom (with a king bed) has a view to the patio as well as to the private back yard (with a beautiful orange tree and rose bushes). The en suite bathroom features a soaking jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is plenty of storage.

If you have more than 4 guests, please consider also renting our adjacent rental called, "Studio City Guest House w/Awesome Location." If you rent both properties, you can have up to 6 guests in total. You can use the driveway for parking your car behind a sliding gate. The guests in the back house will not park in the driveway, but they will access their house be walking up your driveway. Otherwise, there are no shared spaces.

The whole house, the private front yard, the private back yard, the patio, the kitchen, living rooms, and laundry room.
Other things to note
You are two blocks (100 steps) away from Tujunga Village where you will find Aroma Cafe, Kreation Juice, as well as the Rendition Room (amazing speakeasy hidden inside Vitello). With all of that, and easy access to Woodbridge Park, you won't have any need for a car! This is LA living!
