Enjoy easy access to skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, rafting, festivals and dining from this centrally located home base!
Brand new furnishings make this the perfect pad to return to for an easy night in after a day of fun exploring the Vail Valley!
This condo includes one assigned parking space and is located up two exterior flights of stairs. The courtyard is well-maintained if simple. This really is the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room!

The layout of this 1-bedroom condo is highly efficient. The queen bed fits comfortably in the bedroom along with a nightstand and dresser.
The couch is comfortable for 3 to snuggle up for a good movie and the 4 barstools afford ample space for a meal at the built-in dining bar.
The kitchen is stocked with all that's needed to cook a simple meal in and features a refrigerator, range/oven and microwave.

The entire condo is available to guests with the exception of the washer/dryer which is only available for stays of 30 days or longer. The stairs shown in the a few of the photos lead only to storage on a landing. While two flights of exterior stairs are required to reach the front door, the condo itself is all on one-level.

We are potentially available when in town, but frequently travel ourselves. We have a network built on years of calling Vail home, so assisting with nearly any guest needs will be easily accommodated.

Perfect location

We spent time between Vail and Beaver Creek and it was the perfect location! The space is perfect for 2-3 people. The pull out bed from the couch definitely needs to be replaced but other than that it’s a perfect spot!

Great Location-updated, clean, lively

Loved the location. Neighbors were quiet. The unit has been updated and everything was in working order. Owners were great communicators. Easy check in. All together great!

Clean, good location and very helpful owner

I gave it a 4 star overall for two reasons: 1. The extensible couch needs to be replaced, it was not very comfortable 2. When we got there it was very cold and the condo needed s little time to warm up. I think it would be helpful to have a couple of extra blankets. Other than that, the condo was equipped with what we needed, checking and out instructions were very well explained and mike picked up the pho e a d was very helpful when we had a question. Location is great: 10 mins from either Beaver or Vail. Can’t get any better.
