Really good location, good overall but no privacy in the restroom.

Check process was easy and susana & david were super professional. Water and snacks were provided on arrival and david showed me everything I needed to know in the house. Down side was a lot of insects came in when we left windows open especially at night. Bathroom as almost no privacy and you can hear ANYTHING that happens in the restroom. I wish they at least provided a Fan since there is no AC in the house.

Sam, thank you for staying with us. We are working in improving the privacy of the bathroom, but it is located on the bedroom, away from the common areas. Our building is surrender by a forest, really a benefit for the area, but sometimes can cause this type of issues. We have insect's repellents and multiple fun for our guests up to their request. Our team will be happy to provide it to you.

Un edificio sin guarda y solo una senora limpiando, de ves en cuando llega otra persona David.. nos dimos cuenta que a nuestro departamento ingresaban a placer y no tienes ningun tipo de privacidad .. por casualidad nos dimos cuenta que a mi novia le sacaron $150 dolares de su cartera y fui a chequear la caja fuerte y a mi me sacaron $360 dolares como si solo sacando pequenas candidates de dinero no nos hibamos a dar cuenta .. se llamo a la duena y nunca recibimos una respuesta y no le dieron importancia a lo susedido. Estubimos sin agua por 2 dias y con un .. eso no esta a nuestro alcanse fue la escusa perfecta.. si van a ese lugar no dejen dinero ahi ya que parece que segun ellos los billetes aprenden a caminar. No security in this building and somebody with keys stole $150 dollars of my girlfriend wallet and in the safe in the bedroom closet they stole $360 dollars small amounts of money thinking we'll never notice. There's no privacy and they open your apartment at any time and do as pleasure..stilling. Call the owner and never say anything about it .. they have " camaras" but never got an explanation . If you go there never live values around.

The apartment has an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed perfect to have guests and enjoy the nature view.

The master bedroom offers the comfort of a queen bed and boasts a modern on-suite bathroom, closet, safe box and a designated area to work.

The open kitchen is equipped with all new appliances needed to flex your culinary skills, including a microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker.

Entertain with the Smart TV on the living room and a doble sofa bed to host guest.

The rental offers laundry service for $15 USD per load, that way we can do your laundry before coming back home.

We will be happy to tailor to all of your needs during your stay to make your trip to Medellin an unforgettable one. We will meet you at check in, answer any questions you have, provide local advice and directions if needed. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything, we will be happy to assist you in any way you may have during your visit.
We have our cleaning lady - Maria - on site Monday to Saturday in case you need anything. She can even offer you laundry and extra cleaning services for a fee to help you enjoy your stay even more.

David, our concierge, is always only a phone call away. He can help you to plan your stay and offer you transportation services during you stay.
