The condominium offers helipad, gym, playground and tennis court.
You can also have your stay 100% personalized with tours, choice of dishes and hiring staff. The house offers a grocery shopping service for guests, and it is possible to prepare meals by hiring separate packages.

SEPARATE CHARGE FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND STAFF SERVICES.
**Caseiro**: R$ 200.00 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, assists in the barbecue and cooking, shopping at the supermarket, if necessary.
**Plumber: R$ 200,00 per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
**Cook (optional): R$ 200 - 300,00 per day. Prepares meals.
**Kitchen helper (optional): R$ 150 - 200 per day. Assists the cook.

A security deposit (deposit) is charged, and returned within 02 working days after check-out.

Parties / celebrations / events allowed on the property.
The house is limited to eighteen (18) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or condominium by-laws.
