Tiny store with tiny snacks and toiletries for the tiny things left behind & lastly a Tiny Dinner for your warm snacks & late night microwave favorites.
The space
Each cabin kitchenette is designed with no private rooms, our largest Tiny cabin has a loft with 2 twin floor mattresses 1 double bed and 1 fold out bed cozy for max 5 average sized adults. Each cabin has a private bathroom with shower h/c & tiny kitchen space with microwave tiny refrigerator and more. On occasions there may be reserved outdoor events that do not include cabin rentals ,these events or open to our guest Join in the fun only if you choose.
Events may include Weddings birthdays and more . Please inquire of any events taking place before booking if this will interfere with your stay. This includes all national holidays.
Advanced reservation available for the entire Village rental is required for all events outside of original reservation and booking fees for cabin stays only. Smoking permitted OUTDOORS ONLY ! With tiny living in mind all are welcome and all are made to feel at home in the Ville.

If you don't mind things that go bump in the night or insects that crawl while your eyes are shut tight consider sleeping outdoors by the firepit , guest or encouraged to bring their own tents for their stay and any tiny camping items as well (cabin bedding not permitted outdoors for any reason) Bring along your giant blankets for an outdoor picnic in the sun or Romance under the stars . Onsite is our very tiny chapel complete with clergyman services for your chapel needs .
Guest access
Property is fenced in for both privacy and security each cabin allows for a 50ft + walking space between each . All outdoor areas should be considered common areas for everyone . Each cabin has a tiny porch attached this is not shared space although outdoors. Parking area steps away from each tiny home but not inside reserved housing area leads to main Rd CR 244. All guests asked to remain inside the wooded privacy fence area during their stay unless exiting the property to the main road.
Other things to note
Before visiting consider if tiny spaces are a good fit for you, and if your ok with low ceilings and furniture built for tiny living . Be mindful that you are in the center of a wooded area although wifi is available large trees cause continued interference . Be prepared to go off the grid during your stay just in case.
Grocery market chain Brookshire 15 -20 min drive into town, Mazzios Pizza in Overton always treats our guests like family located 15-20 min away as well right across from Brookshire. Dollar tree , Family Dollar & General Dollar all located seconds from one another. A couple of service stations within the mentioned area and the familiar DQ fast food chain stands at the fork between Overton and Arp .
Country Tavern one of Texas most famous BBQ places is located off HWY 31 , Every things a drive but worth it and the scenery is unforgettable . Walmart store just at the loop 323 with laundry mate in nearby facility Starbucks serving up their famous coffee right across from Walmart and if more is what you need stop by famous Rays links and grab a few links and a cold strawberry pop, towns fav.
