The site is located on the north coast of Alagoas, Praia de Ipioca, 25 km north of Maceió, with 120 m of seafront. Main house, guest house and boat/leisure house. The property comprises a main house and a smaller second house.

The Main House has a kitchen, a living room, a balcony with a pool table and two bedrooms, one of which is a large suite with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with an external bathroom. The other house has three suites, two of them with a double bed and one with two queen beds and a single bed.

There is a structure on the edge of the beach where guests spend the day. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining table, overlooking the sea. Right next to it, there is a beach tennis court and a hammock.

The property has 04 bicycles for guests, as well as Wi-Fi and Apple TV.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with housekeeping and kitchen staff (breakfast, snacks and lunch). Purchases must be made by guests.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm
Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 13 (thirteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of property rules, the law governing the property or the condominium's internal regulations.
