Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great location and very peaceful neighborhood.
5 to 10 minutes drive to the city attractions- restaurants, cinemas, highway, shopping mall, DHR hospital. Located on the border of McAllen and Pharr and blocks away from Edinburg, TX.
The space
All 3 bedrooms have King size beds to accommodate entire family comfortably. Nice living area to enjoy during the day and evening sitting place in the backyard while enjoying nice evening weather having cook out on BBQ gas grill.
2 TVs are connected to Amazon fire stick and can login to watch Netflix and other streaming networks.
In unit laundry area is a plus too.

Small family gathering are ok but no big parties are allowed. No loud music allowed and must respect the neighbors and parking rules.
Max 3 cars are allowed- 2 has dedicated parking space and 1 can be parked on the street in front of the unit.

Comfortable well kept space with full kitchen, including plenty of dish soap (instead of tiny bottles other places we stayed have had).Love the out door space, and living/dining space in doors.Quiet peaceful neighborhood and shaded parking space. Comforable relaxing stay.

Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week in McAllen. My parents house didn’t have enough room this year, so we were had plenty of room with 3 large bedrooms!! Hope to stay again next time!! Street was very quiet and easy access to everything

Place looked like the pictures we saw online. A few little problems, wife lift a list by tv in living room. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to.we enjoyed our stay.

Great value

This apartment was perfect for us! Mcallen was experiencing an unusual heat wave with temps in the triple digits. The AC worked perfectly. The apartment was very, very clean. What a joy to not have to clean before enjoying! I wish there would have been some complimentary coffee, but that's truly a minor issue. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We would stay here again if visit Mcallen again.

The property showed low maintenance, A/C was not working, inside temp. was 85 d degrees. This property manager call back at 11:30 pm and next day fixed the A/C that only reached 77 degrees. There was no credit for the hot night

Okay but not great

All the basics were there except that the A/C stopped working 2 days before I left and it was very hot especially at night. Some things were lacking: no chests of drawers to put clothes in, no folding holder for your suitcase and not enough hangers. (I left some of mine there). It needed some paintings on the walls and some other decorative touches to make it less impersonal and more inviting. It was well equipped otherwise and nice and clean and had good blackout curtains.

Clean place to stay, but lacking a little

When chose this property as it ticked most of the boxes that we wanted. King beds, tv's in the bedrooms, coffee maker, etc. The pros: There are legitimately 3 king beds. Three bedrooms, two with accessible closets. Everything in the house worked. The house was very clean. Basic amenities throughout the house. No frills, no extras. The area was mostly quiet. Laundry Equipment in house. The cons: Limited counter space. We were struggling with where to keep our things. There were some hangers in the closets, and a shelf, but having to reach up to get everything wasn't convenient. Having to move your bags from the bed to the floor wasn't ideal. A couple of suitcase stands in each closet and a chest of drawers would be a better solution. Limited bathroom counter space. Shower heads: I am not a fan of super low flow shower heads. I take a relatively quick shower, and these slow me down. They just double or triple my time in the shower because I feel I cant get clean. These should be upgraded. Again, the two cons are my personal nitpicks, but I think the house would feel more inviting if those two changes were made. In summary, the house was clean, everything worked, but those two items prevented a 5 star review. Thank you!
