Ocean front condo with a 180 degree view AND Golf Cart! This adorable condo includes your own Golf Cart, condo pool at the end of the building, and a State Park Pass for Hunting Island! Relax on your private deck as you look at the ocean by day and the stars by night. Watch beautiful sunrises and moonrises from your living room or deck. Step down off your private deck onto the boardwalk to the beach or the pool.

Inside, the condo is lovely with lots of upgrades, including flowing granite countertops, a huge flat screen TV, stainless appliances, king bed, and sofa bed. Decorated tastefully and comfortably with leather recliners, rocking chair, and comfy sofa. The kitchen is also well appointed, including your choice of Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The condo comes complete with a beach cart and beach chairs.

Perfect for a couple or small family as there is a sleeper sofa. The bedroom also has a TV and plenty of storage (closet with sliding doors, dressers, and chifforobe) as well as an optional seating area for two or reading nook, and if you're not using it, it easily goes back into the closet.

The private deck has a table and plenty of seating and is the perfect peaceful spot to sip your coffee in the morning and relax at the end of the day as you listen to the waves and look out at the ocean and the birds. Living room and deck offer magnificent views of sunrise and moonrise. Condo pool is at the end of the building and the beach is a short walk down the boardwalk.

When you feel like venturing out, drive your golf cart to the end of the island to look for dolphins or out to the docks to fish, crab, or watch for gators in the marsh. And if you want to explore another island, this condo includes a State Park Pass which gets you into Hunting Island for free and for the adventurous, 4 passes to climb the lighthouse.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

You will also have access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club which has an exercise room open year round and a deck overlooking the marsh which affords excellent sunset views. There are also outdoor tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a basketball court available for your use.

Harbor Island is a small peaceful island, home to a bird sanctuary. Herons, ibis, egret, and pelicans frequently grace our island and the dolphin often pass by. Harbor Island is located about 20 minutes from Beaufort which offers wonderful galleries and restaurants. Between Beaufort and Harbor Island is the historic Penn Center along with other historical sites. Just beyond Harbor Island is Hunting Island State Park with its iconic lighthouse, a pass to enter is included with your rental of our Sea Island Magic condo.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
