Sip your hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the mountain view followed by a dip in the heated jacuzzi. In the evening, enjoy your red wine by the fire pit or a hot chocolate while reading a book in front of the chimney. You deserve to disconnect, relax and enjoy quality time with friends and family. THE SPACE
o IMPORTANT: Our home is located 2 hours to San Juan and 25 minutes to Ponce. If you are looking to do tourism in the metro area, such as San Juan, then, in my opinion, this home is too far away for that.
o This is our home in the middle of 30 acres of land on a tropical island. So yes there will be lizards, bugs, etc. We thoroughly clean the house before and after each guest however our tropical animals can show up once in a while.
o You get to use the pool, of course, at your own risk. The whole top floor of the house is yours to use.
o This is a property that requires 24/7 maintenance therefore Camacho & myself live in the bottom floor (basement) in case anything goes wrong, we are here to fix it. We never access the house while you use it but we will be working on the coffee plantation (along with other employees who work the land) during the day. We also might sometimes have the occasional family member show up to visit us, but not your designated areas.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
o This is a Family Home and a coffee & plantain farm. Camacho and myself live downstairs in the basement (separate entrance and no shared facilities). We are on site to assist 24/7 with any issues you may have as well as to provide daily maintenance to the 30 acres of land.
o We do have a dog Pancho (10 pounds) who lives downstairs but sometimes wanders around and might visit you. He's super friendly and loves greeting guests!
o The ceiling has skylights. If you do not like the light shining in your face early in the morning, please bring a sleeping mask.
o Help us protect our wooden floors by not damaging them with sharp objects, stilettos, moving furniture around, etc.
