It is really big and spacious. We had 10 people on a golfing weekend trip and everything worked great. The only thing I would say is that there is 5 rooms with individual beds, and the sixth room is a rec room with a bunk.

The house was perfect for our group that included multiple families. The golfers in the group loved the view of the green at the 4th hole. Everything from the beds to the appliances to the furniture was of very high quality and it truly felt like staying in a luxury home. I am grateful we got to spend a few days here and wish it were longer! The neighbors were also very friendly and we enjoyed being close to all the perks of Suncadia resort. We hope to come back someday! The only confusing part we had and maybe this was due to booking through VRBO, but the check in time on VRBO was listed at 1pm and same with check out, however upon working with the owners/rental company it turned out check in was at 4pm which was apparently due to staying only 3 nights and not 4...a very minor thing but to me it seemed like of VRBO should default to the later check in time. If you want to offer earlier fine maybe don't put 1pm on the booking platform if you aren't actually going to allow guests to check in at that time. It ended up that it didn't matter for us but for additional feedback I wanted to mention it. Overall a great place to stay and we hope to return, maybe on the next milestone birthday trip! Until then we will be Suncadia Dreamin'.....

Adults Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home for a relaxing weekend away. Multiple Ensuites made each couple feel like they had privacy while the large open spaces offered room for everyone to enjoy their time away.

Girls trip 60th birthday

The house was gorgeous, well appointed, the beds were amazingly comfort, location was great! Would definitely a 5+ star property! We had such a lovely time, wish our stay could have been longer! Hope to return!
