Great for families! Beach access is excellent, pool is great for kids and adults to cool off. We didn’t use downstairs unit as not all of our family members could join us. Property manager good to work with- quick communication, accessible.

Property is in a great location, just a short .25 mile walk to the Kure beach boardwalk for a coffee or a nice meal. The house has lots of space for large groups and the heated pool was wonderful in March. The house is a bit older with some recent updates but some age still showing

There was plenty of room for 5 adults and two small children. Easy access to the beach and a heated pool! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: AC units kept us very comfortable and we like it cold! The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils, pots, pans, knives, Ninja Blender- we found everything we needed. Great location- only a 6 min walk to pier, coffee shop, local eats PLUS very close to lifeguard stand which I always feel more comfortable swimming in ocean with them nearby. Number of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool floats provided. Beach towels were there for us to use as well but we brought our own since we were unaware. Cons: indoor stairs extremely steep and shallow stair step depth. We had 2 over 80 year olds with us so was a slight challenge. I would be concerned with 6 and under going down by themselves as well. We would definitely book again if older parents are not accompanying us!!

The property was a great location. However there were several problems. First, I was told Inepuld have no dishwasher for the week. I had to ask for a discount before the new dishwasher would be installed the day we were arriving. Second, the house wasn't deep cleaned and smelled like fabuloso rather than true cleaning products. There was dirt still under the beds etc. Third, the king bed fell to the floor as soon as we tried to use it. When we looked under the bed, there were broken slats AND the middle part wasn't attached. It was actually in the closet! Someone came and "fixed it". However, it broke again several days later. Only then did they want to replace with a new frame. Basically we did not have the master king oceanfront bedroom the entire time of the stay! Again, the property is gorgeous! The house needs upkeep, updates, deep cleaning and more tender loving care, not band aids on problems.

Awesome location! You can’t beat the pool on the beach. We had so much fun at this property. The private beach was so nice. The host was extremely responsive. The washer was being fixed during our stay and they went out of their way to do our laundry. We had an amazing time and would stay again.

Multigenerational family getaway

Great place for a large family vacation. Efficiency in basement is perfect for older teens or young adults. Easy access to beach for all. Pool is a great alternative if you don’t feel like heading to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Great time in spite of the weather

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the pool was a great addition. We were able to get in it every day at some point inspite of the tropical storm. Hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had a great time.

Great location and great space

We loved being right on the beach and great space for having a mix of friends/families with the basement level. Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs. We thought it could be cleaner/smell better but overall a good place to stay.

Great Home

The house was in a great location - beachfront and a short walk to restaurants and even an arcade. It was very clean and was a great setup for a large group. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

This house is absolutely gorgeous from the outside, the pool and beach location. And it is a great place for families who don’t care much about amenities. The main floor is beautiful with great large gathering areas. But the amenities are very cheap. The overhead lights in two bedrooms didn’t work. The paint is worn and drywall repair has been poorly done. We travel a lot and have paid much less for homes that are in much better shape. If you’re just looking for a basic beach house, this would work. We wanted something a little nicer.
