Christmas vacation

Property was clean and had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Pool, game room and gym were all in walking distance. Check in and out was great. Great place to stay.

Branson Family Fun

Property is as described and was a comfortable central location for the family to enjoy Branson. Kids got heavy use out of the pool which is very convenient to get to. Plenty to do on the property to keep younger kids entertained and 5-10 minutes from most of the Branson activities we wanted to do.

Family friendly condo

We loved our stay at the property! Everything was spotless, kitchen had everything needed for meals. Just a minute to the strip. We have no negatives about our trip.

Branson Trip

We have a large group that goes to Branson every year for Christmas in the Ozarks. This was the perfect place for us to all stay together. 2 condos that connected was just what we needed. Very nice condos, everything was clean and perfect. We will be back next year!

Branson family vacation

We had 7 people from 3 immediate families and were looking for a space big enough for us all to spread out and have our own privacy, yet be able to come together for meals and other activities. This place was perfect. It allowed private bathrooms and bedrooms and two common spaces for our family to get together. No complaints!

The resort was very clean it was exactly like it was described online in the photos in the description. The staff was amazingly helpful to us as we arrived late past check in time. A female that was working was so kind and she had a good sense of humor!! I recommend everyone who wants a relaxing get away to try this place first chance you get!!

Branson Family Vacation

Hello, We really enjoyed our stay. The only 1 thing was the pull out bed mattress had a smell to it. We bought a mattress pad and left it and it made it a lot better. Over all we thoroughly enjoy our stay, we used the outdoor pool and hot tub almost every day. My whole family had a great time and the condos were wonderful!! Thank you so much!

Christmas Lights

We rented a 3 bedroom. I searched many listings and most 3 bedrooms the 3rd bedroom had twin beds. This had 2 queens & 1 king with each one having a bathroom. It had everything we needed just bring some food & drinks. Check in was easy and check out even easier. It was close to the main drag, Silver Dollar City and really any where you would want to go. Winding down in the living room with everyone is much better than going to a room at a hotel and being crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Frustrating check-in & check-out

We had a great time! Rooms were great! Only thing that was frustrating was the check-in & out process! According to our email we had until 7 pm to check-in onsite! We arrived at 6:15 only to find check-in office closed so we had to call the after hours number and drive to another location to check-in! Once we got there we told them where we checking in for and they couldn’t find reservations ! Once I showed them the confirmation they realized they hard to look in a different part of the system since we weren’t at the resort we were staying! Then after checking in had to go to a different line to get a parking permit and had the same issue with finding our reservation until they realized we were staying at a different resort. Both times I had explained this when I first started talking to them! Finally then headed back to our resort we were staying at! We a wonderful stay! Check-out was just as frustrating! You had to be checked out by 10am or you would be charged and additional $75! We started trying to call the express check out number at 9:30am and just kept getting a message that they couldn’t take our call right now. Then tried calling the front desk and still no answer so then had to walk over to the office the check- out where I was expecting to see a line for check- out since no one was answering the calls but there was no line just walked in and checked out right away! The ladies in the office were very nice and we were able to get checked out before 10am!
