WeWelcome you to our 4 Bed 2 Full Bath Duplex
Our home is uniquely set up into two units that can be shared and used as one. The larger unit is the quintessential open concept living space that offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living is spacious and offers plenty of seating. Our smaller unit is essentially a small quasi apartment featuring a full kitchen and bathroom.
This Listing is for the larger side of the duplex Unit A. Unit B is a separate listing. There is a another listing which allows the rental of both units.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we are conveniently located less than six miles from downtown San Antonio. Our house is also right off interstate 35 making our location perfect for couples looking to visit the San Antonio area. Downtown is a bustling business and leisure district, with eclectic bistros and bars lining the popular San Antonio River Walk. This three bedroom two-bathroom unit can easily accommodate ten guests. The primary bedroom has one king size bed and bedrooms two and three offer two full size XL beds each. The unit is completely open concept allowing everyone to feel included. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room to keep everyone nice and toasty in the winter.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in San Antonio.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of San Antonio, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of downtown.
Being that we are in the suburban part of San Antonio a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually wonât apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM â 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.
We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
