Travis is an amazing host. The stay was very much like home. The house was very clean, beds comfortable. He was very promptly in responding to the needs of my family. The jacuzzi is a major asset after a long week of work. The house is very close to the mall, H-E-B, Walmart, convenience stores and excellent restaurants.

Travis was an excellent host and the home was perfect for my family and in a fantastic location with a Starbucks AND Dunkin Donuts just down the road! We frequent Houston from Indiana and hope to catch this home available next time! (:

Great communication

Travis' communication was really excellent, he got back to us in a very timely manner every time we had a question or concern, and then he did everything he could to make things right for us. The location was extremely convenient to the airport so very easy to drop off and pick up family that was coming to join us.Over all, great trip.

Amazing Experience!

The house was extremely clean, and beautiful! It was perfect for my family coming in from out of town for Graduation! The communication with the host was also great, very thankful to have found this place.

Beware of $99 extra charge for hot tub after you get there

Nice house! Good location for our visit. Beware of extra charge after getting there. Says it’s in rental agreement that we didn’t get. After paying it doesn’t show for Hot Tub it shows up under host fee.

Wonderful Property

The house was very clean/spacious, and the beds were comfy. The host Travis has great communication and responded to messages and calls promptly. There are multiple cameras on site two in front and two in back. I didn't see that advertised but it was no issue for us. The neighborhood was mostly quiet outside of a dog that barks all night. The backyard is absolutely amazing. There is a hot tub for use for a fee but it was too cold out for us to indulge. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will likely book again in the future.

Comfortable accommodation

There were no issues and Travis was an effective communicator. My chapter sisters and I were there only to sleep and change clothes, but I was nice to not deal with noise from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. There were plenty of supplies you forget when you are out of town and the house was fully prepared. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but the backyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversation.

Ugh!! $99 fee for hot tub!!!! Read further for more details!!

Unit was not well kept, two bedrooms had a broken out slat in the blinds, and the walls and doors throughput the unit were filthy. Unit had 4 coffee mugs and 4 forks for our party of 6 and no bowls larger than a cereal bowl. There was a box of plastic silverware. The host was prompt in communicating with us and offered to send a maid and more utensils, but we declined due to not wanting someone in our space and we weren’t feeling well and some of us were resting. We were unaware of the additional $99 to use the hot tub for 2 days. In the posting it states “smoking is not permitted”, but they do allow smoking and provide ashtrays for smoking outside. The master bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke.
