The perfect villa to relax, or walking to Cresmina dunes and Guincho beach, enjoying coffee, lunch, and dinner around the corner, taking advantage of the vibrant town of Cascais (just 10 minutes driving), exploring Sintra National Park, or doing all kinds of activities like surfing, cycling or playing golf. Lisbon is just 30 minutes drive from the villas.

SEA YA VILLA

We loved the unique layout of this accommodation. The master bedroom with its own roof top balcony was amazing. We prepared meals using the outdoor BBQ and kitchen amenities. Choice to eat outside or inside. Fresh bakery bread delivered daily was top notch along with the jam supplied by the host. The plunge pool was a bit chilly but definitely refreshing on a hot day. Close to Guincho beach and the nature trail through the sand dunes. Only 10 minute drive to the center of Cascais for a wide variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities. We enjoyed walking to neighbourhood establishments.

Cascais October 2024

Look no further if you are looking for the perfect vacation spot outside of Lisbon. Cascais is THE place to be, and Antonio’s villa is THE place to stay. Coming from Chicago for the month of October, we researched/searched for months hoping to find the perfect spot and we nailed it. The villa is very charming with modern conveniences and vintage appeal. The bedrooms were great, the beds comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. I loved the upstairs balcony, you get a birds eye view of the charming town, can see the mountains and Peña Palace and can hear the ocean waves! The kitchen was fully equipped and charming. We ate in a few times a week and managed easily. My favorite spot was relaxing outside on the lower portico. Perfect place to sit and read. We even grilled (gas grill) and ate there. The local restaurants were fabulous! It was so nice to walk a few steps to great dining. Marea and Natraj were our favorite places (thanks Antonio for the recommendations). Most days our day either started or ended with a walk to the absolutely stunning beaches. Cascais city center is full of beauty and wonder…something out of movie scenes. With all of this said, Antonio himself, is what made our stay as beautiful as it was. What a wonderful person! He was kind, attentive and went out of his way more than once to make our stay perfect. Thank you for everything, Antonio, we can’t wait to come back! Final words…the daily FRESH BREAD delivery… (Chef’s kiss)!

We are a family of four – António, Maria, and our kids Francisco and Manuel – who love to travel meet new people, and are passionate about Cascais.
António built his career working in sales & marketing for multinational companies and Maria is still a PR Manager for several national and multinational companies. We both decided to change our lives and create the Sea’Ya brand to provide special moments and experiences to all our guests. We do our best to go far beyond the normal tourism accommodation, providing comfort, daily monitoring, and a complementary offer of services that have come to surprise and retain guests.
We love surfing, skateboarding, long walks along the coast, food, and wine.
