This was a perfect spot for a concert! We could uber very easily. Host was amazing with all questions. Helped us out a lot.

I love this home

This is my second time staying here and I still love it. The location is perfect and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. The home is just perfect, great size, well equipped and comfortable beds. Correspondence is always so easy with the hosts and they are so kind. I will 100% be picking this home for all my visits

Clean cozy stay

We loved staying here! The owners were great to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate us when the dishwasher broke. We liked the location but parking was terrible. Lots of places to walk to though. Comfortable beds and loved the free streaming services and tvs in the rooms. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The worst host EVER!!!

We attempted to stay at this property but the host refused to change our dates. The request was made WELL in advance and he stated he had to contact VRBO. Instead, he took our money and refuses to respond to contact from us as well as from VRBO. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. We are almost a YEAR into this and still no resolution!!

Title: Clean and Spacious Urban Retreat in Philadelphia Our recent two-night stay at this VRBO rental in Philadelphia was a delight from start to finish. The standout feature of our experience was undeniably the pristine cleanliness and the generous space the rental offered. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding provided a luxurious touch that enhanced our overall comfort. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rental was, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful environment throughout our stay. The small backyard was a lovely bonus, providing just enough space for us to unwind outdoors in relative privacy. Overall, our group thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return for another stay in the future. If you're seeking a clean, spacious, and tranquil retreat in Philadelphia, this VRBO rental comes highly recommended. *parking can be tricky, as you cannot park for more than two hours on the street the home is on. You must find parking elsewhere.
