This property is unique in the fact there are so many spaces for people to enjoy both the comforts of a home while connecting with the nature surrounding it. Although we have internet and streaming capabilities, it's still fun to just gather around a table with friends or family and talk, share stories, or play games. Villa 20 allows you to enjoy being together without having to feel like you're on top of each other.

The signature feature of our home is our massive pool. It can get to a depth of 10 feet for a refreshing cool down after being out and about in the area. Coco Beach is secluded so you can be the only one on the beach for miles around. You can enjoy the peace and tranquility of watching the waves come in without a soul around you if that's what you want. Whether you're on our patio or on the beach, you will capture some magical cotton candy sunsets. Oh and the best part-- you don't have to share a bathroom with anyone as each bedroom has an en suite bathroom!
