Oceanside-Spectacular View and Poolside Oasis!

Summary:
With a sprawling ocean view, this little island oasis is the epitome of the dream vacation home. Wood beam ceilings and rich grainy finishes contribute to the "island beach house" character. Poly Shores is minutes from world famous Kaanapali beach and Kaapalua resort-3 miles of powder white sand, and easy access to world class golf courses, dining, hiking, snorkeling- 5 miles north of Downtown Lahaina. Or enjoy the sun, whale watching and sea turtles on the private guest beach!

The Space:
The condo has two bedrooms; one on the main floor and one upstairs. Both have new plush King-sized beds, and the upper bedroom also has a single sized roll out bed! The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and the upstairs bath has a walk-in shower.

The living room has ample comfortable seating, a cathedral ceiling, a high-def TV with all your streaming favorites, plus a wonderful view of the ocean, the grounds, and the pool! We also have queen sized sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, you need (besides the food) to cook up fresh fish from the local fish market, or whatever your specialty may be. There are several grocery stores close by and the local farmer's market is within walking distance.

Major improvements have been completed at Polynesian Shores that include an exteriors renovation with all new windows and doors, new siding, a pool renovation, and the addition of a hot tub, spa, and new bbqs. Unit # 212 Is an upper floor unit that has an incredible panoramic ocean view, sunsets, and has convenient assigned parking with extra visitor parking for extra cars, compared to the other condos.

Right as you walk in, the open living area and kitchenette to the side give off such a welcoming and calming aura. Walk past the living room and onto the patio, and the direct view of the ocean completely takes over, and you feel the breeze as if you can basically touch the waves from right there! Go upstairs and you will find a cozy nook style bedroom with king size bed, single sized roll out bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Though there are enough sleeping arrangements for up to 7 people, it is most comfortable for 6 people.
Our location is 5.5 miles north of between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We are within a 5-10 minute drive to great shopping, top-notch galleries, amazing restaurants, and world-class golf courses. But, most importantly, we are far enough away from the noise and congestion of the busy resort areas so that you can enjoy the natural beauty of Maui at your leisure.

We do not charge you management fees, resort fees, or charge for parking like other resorts do, there are NO hidden resort fees. When you stay with us, you will love every day of your stay, you will call this your home away from home.

Come see all Maui has to offer! A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. Snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of the cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forest you would be hard pressed to view on foot. Beaches & Critters: The beach size in Hawaii can vary from month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui's rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster or gecko. Geckos are very friendly, eat insects, and are actually considered good luck in Hawaii. Please do not kill them!

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services; pests such as ants, roaches, and rodent's can never be fully controlled in the tropical area. Since we are located in a tropical climate, the HOA does it's best to minimize interactions with such pests. Contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of agreement nor does it give guests the right to refund or adjust the rental fee.

We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of agreement or give guests the right to a refund or a rental adjustment.

Getting Around:
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. Please  park in designated parking stall #212. There are two guest spots for all guests in the complex. No parking passes needed. There is also a bus stop right in front of Polynesian Shores which will take you to many nearby attractions or restaurants in West Maui.
