Your family will be close to everything that Louisville metro has to offer. The Bourbon trail, Churchill Downs, Louisville Convention Center, Kentucky Expo Center, Water Front Park and Muhammad Ali International Airport. This is a centrally-located 3 BR, 1 full and 2 half bath historic home that sleeps 10. We are just minutes from downtown Louisville and a block from Historic downtown Jeffersonville with restaurants, activities and the Big Four walking bridge to downtown Louisville.

Pleasant surprise!

We had a Louisville guys trip planned, but staying here was very close to some cute little restaurants and bars. We ended up hanging around the house far more than we thought!

KY Derby 150

Six friends came down for the 150th Kentucky Derby. Jeffersonville, IN was the perfect location away from the craziness but with quick access to it. We walked to Parlour Pizza and Upland for dinner two evenings. The kitchen at the VRBO was fully stocked with enough dishes and silverware for all of us the entire weekend. We thought the one full bath might be a problem for six adults but it worked out okay. Only thing that would have helped was a mirror in the 2nd half bath and mirrors in the bedrooms.

Great place to stay!

When we arrived we initially had a hard time getting into the house, but the host was very responsive and resolved that problem for us immediately. There was plenty of space in the house for all five of us, and the home was very clean both inside and out. We enjoyed short walks to coffee shops and bars, and the location of the property made it easy for us driving into and out of downtown Louisville. Thank you for a great experience!

Weekend Reunion

Weekend boys trip, half from Tennessee and half from Indiana so met for a weekend in Louisville. Went on lots of walks from the home. Beautiful and nice neighborhood with lots of walking paths. Had a campfire one night and was really fun. Uber’s to Downtown Louisville and was very easy and affordable. Could be downtown in 7-10 minutes. Would stay here again! Slept 8 adults easily.

Super Clean

Spent one night in the house to attend a family wedding. Good sleeping accommodations, but heavy traffic noise from adjacent interstate. Expected that, given the pics. More noticeable in the bedrooms than downstairs. Stairs could be difficult for an older person. VERY clean with ample towels. Kitchen was very well appointed, though we didn't do any cooking. Tasteful urban chic vibe. A little confusing wirh two diferent rentals in same building...tried wrong keypad at first. Overall, comfortable and very convenient to our venue.

Amazing Area

The house and town are beautiful, very neat area. Many things to do in walking distance. Says it sleeps 10 but 3 of those will be on a pull out couch or trundle bed so it can be a little tight for sleeping but otherwise we loved it!

Great Location and House

We loved the easy access to the Big 4 Bridge, Louisville, and Jeffersonville downtown. The house was clean, spacious, and the yard was perfect for our dogs.

Amazing Spot

Would highly recommend this property to anyone!! The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. Perfect location, super clean, super cute, and I felt very safe! You won’t regret renting this!!!
