Homlee- Heritage Home wt kitchen in Central Delhi

We are located in Central Delhi near Connaught Place, next to ITO metro station. We have cosy interiors, comfy beds, is fully AC with a private bathroom & a private fully-equipped kitchen. The airport is just 30 mins away, New Delhi Railway Station less than 2 km and ITO metro station at a walk of 7 minutes. We have two more apartments in the same building which are listed here and can be accessed by going through my profile. This is value accommodation without parking in a non posh area.
The space
The most unique thing about our apartment is its excellent interior and the best location. The Gate number 5 of Delhi Gate Metro Station as well as ITO metro station are at a walking distance of 7 minutes only.

The apartment is ideal for business travellers looking to work in central business districts like Connaught Place, Chandni Chowk and Karolbagh. It is very suitable for people who have engagements in Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Pragati Maidan, Connaught Place or many hospitals like Gangaram, LNJP and MAMC. It is an ideal choice for tourists looking to explore India Gate, Red Fort, Old Delhi, Jama Masjid and Akshar Dham. The down town area of Connaught Place is just 2 km away. However, please note that the apartment is on a narrow street and car can reach till 150 meters away from the apartment. We offer free luggage service to all our guests.

Apart from fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you have the choice of ordering home made food from us. The breakfast is at Rs. 175 per person and meals at Rs. 300/- per person.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment with small rooms; please note that there is no common living area other than this, and if you book for the maximum occupancy of 8 people, it is likely to become congested. There is a free steet parking which is about 250 meters away.
Guest access
The guests can access entire apartment including kitchen and washrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with LPG Gas stove, RO water machine, all the utensils for cooking as well as serving. The wash room will be provided with toiletries.

Apart from fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you have the choice of ordering home made food from us. The breakfast is at Rs. 175 per person and meals at Rs. 300/- per person.

We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra to assist you with your stay. You can access their contact details in the check-in instructions after your reservation is confirmed. Please note that we do not have parking at listing.
Other things to note
This apartment is in a colony where the residents have been living with their families for many years. They are peace loving in nature, but at the same time are more than willing to help the guest in case of any contingency. You will definitely feel welcome as a part of their quaint world!

All the major sight seeing options like Akshar Dham, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Red Fort,, Humayun's tomb Connaught Place, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, Supreme Court and pragati Maidan are located within a radius of 2-3 kms only. They can be acessed by metro as well as tuk tuk and cabs. We will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we do provide freshly cooked home made breakfast. However, the same is not complimentary. We charge Rs 175 per person per day for breakfast and Rs. 300 per person. Please make note of the same.
