Brand new tri level Ocean View Condo with two private balconies! This beautifully decorated three bedroom condo offers central air conditioning, washer, dryer, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 3.5 bathrooms! Steps away from a shared private beach and common patio area!

On the main level, the home features an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony, offering stunning views of the ocean. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom off the hallway. The primary bedroom has slider doors opening up to another balcony with views of the ocean, along with an additional large ensuite bathroom. The lower level of the condo has another living area with 70 inch TV, a full bathroom, and the third bedroom (no ac in this bedroom).

Please note: No outside shower/grill available at this property. House has streaming services only, no cable.

Good location - nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. New rental this year so a few bugs to work out. Not enough closet space. The only place to hang up clothes was in the kids bedroom. Beds weren't super comfortable. Parking was a bit of an annoyance. Owners who were were at other condos parked wherever they wanted (including walkways) - but were very quick to notify us if we parked in the wrong spot for even a few minutes. Spots aren't marked - just a map to refer to for parking spots per unit. I will definitely rent from Martha Murray again - but not sure I'd stay at this location.

Mildly disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel the photos of the beach are deceptive. At high tide there is no beach at all and the public beach on the west side of Chase #9 is a tiny (75' wide) area of dune, no flat beach to be had. The deck and view shown in the photo is actually a 3' wide section of deck directly in front of other units, not 9 Chase #5. It feels like you are standing outside their bedroom's sliding glass doors. I don't even know if the deck was a public space. There is no private access to the beach for 9 Chase Ave and we had to climb up and down the steep dunes to access the public path. Upon arrival, the king bed was clearly broken, sagging in the middle to the floor, and should have been fixed before we arrived. The unit next to us had plumbing problems, which lead to the ceiling leaking in our unit, quite an inconvenience, and the folks in the unit to our other side burned incense that flowed into our bedroom at night making breathing uncomfortable. Knowing these discomforts, I would definitely stay here again (if they will let me after this review...) We enjoyed great customer service, beautiful, spacious rooms, an excellent, but pricey restaurant next door, and a peaceful neighborhood with lovely people.

Hi Cathleen! You are absolutely correct about the limited beach at high tide. We have seen higher than normal water levels this year, and if we're close to a full moon, it gets even worse. The deck you're speaking of is a public space, which we can clarify in the listing. The condo association is also working a solution to the beach access, as the previous access was washed away during a winter storm. As for the bed, we wish we knew about it before you had checked in also. We sent our handyman over to address the issue as soon as we knew. We would love to see you back next year!
