Family friendly bungalow, steps away to 4th Ave District, UA and SunLink Trolley

We lovingly restored this bungalow in Historic West University to its original 1913 charm. On a quiet side street, this home is a quick walk to the University of Arizona, Steps to the Sun Link Trolley and 4th Ave Historic District. Great central location for exploring the Gem Show, UNESCO food heritage restaurants and the Sonoran Desert. No modern convenience was spared: high speed internet, flat screen TV, gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen with gas BBQ grill just out the back door on the spacious patio. There are two modern, en suite, bathrooms; the master with a shower and guest room with a claw foot tub. The outdoor living room (fondly called the Bull Shack), patio and gas fire-pit are great gathering places for brunch in the sun or dinner at sunset. The front porch swing and chairs are great for morning coffee and post bike ride or hike cocktails. Off street parking with 240 V outlet available for EV charging.

Perfect Stay in Tucson near UofA

We stayed at this wonderful property for our daughter's graduation from UofA. The location of the house was perfect - close proximity to the Sunlink, campus, restaurants, bars and Time Market- a cute neighborhood grocery store and restaurant. We parked our car and didn't move it during our entire stay. The house was a beautiful Arts and Crafts cottage that was lovingly renovated with modern amenities while retaining its period charm. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Tucson.

Perfect Tucson spot

We absolutely loved staying at this house. From the moment we walked in to the charming living room and incredibly well stocked kitchen to the pleasant hours spent in the Shed, to the easy walks to the best spots in Tucson for shopping and dining, to the fun we had around the dining room table playing cards with our granddaughter and her friends, we felt at home and happy. Big kudos to Jose for providing such a warm and welcoming home.

All was as advertised. The kitchen in particular was stocked better than any VRBO unit we have rented in the past, here or overseas. The location was also great; an easy walk to the U of A campus and many bars and restaurants. Thanks, Michelle!

Great house

We stayed for four nights while moving our son in the dorms. We were able to walk to and from campus and to a fire market restaurant. The house was exactly as pictured. My full size SUV could not fit in the back secure parking. But the permitted street parking was fine. Will definitely stay again over the next four years.

Beautiful house and perfect location

This house was amazing. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO rental properties but this one might have been the best of them all. The house was roomy, well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the back yard is huge with a wonderful patio, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the location is perfect. The West University neighborhood is near everything—theater, restaurants, groceries, downtown, and UA. There is easy access to freeways and anywhere in the Tucson area and beyond that you might want to go. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great location! Clean home!

This was perfect for my husband, myself, and our high school daughter who was visiting U of A. We walked to campus and main gate and had some great meals at Frog & Firkin and Agave. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and updated. Couldn’t ask for more!

Wonderful location

The home is so wonderful. It has a great backyard to relax in. It’s very clean and has a well laid out design for guests with many thoughtful amenities. The location is great very close to many great restaurants, downtown and campus. Will definitely come back again.

Great Place!

Couldn’t have been happier with this property - everything’s been updated, the location was great to get to campus and to 4th Ave/Downtown. Time Market proximity was a blessing also - management was responsive and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place high enough - enjoy!
