Come “Sea” Us at this gorgeous ocean front villa! Enjoy the unobstructed ocean views and watch the ships pass by right from your front porch. We are steps away from the beach access and walking distance to the BHI Club. We have recently renovated this beauty including wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and converted the loft bath into a complete full bathroom! We are excited to welcome all our island guests.

Cozy and Efficient

3 bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor deck, all the amenities. A nice, cozy spot with everything you need to get away.

A different beach adventure

This place was a perfect fit for our family. So close to the beautiful beach and BHI club, with kid friendly pool options they loved. We've done the beach thing many times but the ferry ride over, not worrying about cars, and using golf carts for transportation was a fun experience for adults and kids alike. The villa was cozy and comfortable overall, with wonderful views of the ocean.

Uchils at BHI

The location was absolutely perfect! The house was ticked all boxes for a vacation home and had loads of charm. It was clean, well equipped, and welcoming. We enjoyed the Old Baldy puzzle and the board games. Both decks were perfect for star gazing and watching the sunsets. We will look out for this rental on our next trip to BHI!!

Perfect location!

This was our first trip to the island and we were not disappointed. The rental was absolutely perfect. Great location, very spacious and clean. The rental company was very helpful with any questions we had. They responded very timely. I would highly recommend Villias 2. We will be back in the future.

There are pros and cons.Pros:The location was prefect for the active we had planned. The view of the ocean was very nice. The property was clean.Cons: The door has a lock issue. The maintenance man came out twice to fix it. I had a lot of trouble trying to lock the door. I had put a lot of force on the top of the door so that it would lock. I had to put a lot of force unlocking the door. The laundry doors had to be held shut with a big rock. The doors would not stay closed unless the rock was in place. I could not find a working light in the laundry room. Probably needs a light bulb. The switch didn’t work and the lamp that was plugged in didn’t have a knob. So we didn’t do laundry since our free time was when it was dark. I left the trash that was at the bottom of the stairs by the plants as it was. The golf cart’s windshield had a film on it like old headlights get. I had to look around the windshield to see when we road in the dark. I know bikes were not guaranteed but since they were there I would have thought they were be in working order. For the price I would have thought these things would not be an issue. Maybe I walk through every once in a while would show these things. I understand renters may not take care of the property and the chairs get ruffled up , someone should walk through. I would think that this issue were there when the last renter came through. This is the same review I gave the company that I suggested managed the property

Just ok….

The property was very small and cluttered. It stated up to eight guest, but really it should only be six. Every room was cluttered with junk - the kitchen, the closets, the living room. There was almost no room to hang up any clothes in the 2 closets. There was no pantry or spare cabinet room in the kitchen to place food. Additionally, it wasn’t very clean upon arrival. There was no dustpan or mop to clean up after ourselves. It was a bit disappointing. Also, the deck was falling in one corner and boards were popped up through, didn’t seem safe at all. The island itself was great and the optional BHI Club membership was worth it!!!

We are sorry to hear of your experience at the Villa. We do touch base with our guests before and during there stay and did not hear of these issues. We are on island daily along with an after hours emergency staff and could have helped with anything while you were here. Wish we would have had the opportunity to make your stay a better one. We will take a look at your feedback and assess.

Check in and out was a breeze. Location amazing. Golf carts perfect. Good beach accessories available - toys, chairs, etc in good working order. Starter kit if laundry detergent and dish soap was clutch. Enough towels my family could almost not go through them all. THANK YOU! We will be coming back :)
