Luxury Aurora Lodge w/ Jacuzzi & Sauna 3 Miles From Fairbanks!
Nestled 3 miles from Fairbanks, this charming lodge is the ultimate luxury retreat. The spacious living room boasts cathedral ceilings with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the cozy fireplace adds a touch of warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Additional amenities include a brand new jacuzzi, cedar sauna, a large deck with a grill + fire pit, heated floors and two soaking bathtubs to name a few.
On the main floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen ready for a big family meal including baking pans, cooking supplies and dishware – if there is anything we do not have available for your stay please let us know! The living room includes a 65-inch tv that can easily be pulled over the gas fireplace mantle to comfortably stream Netflix, Youtube and any other streaming service desired. Two giant sofas and matching recliner invite guests to relax in front of the fireplace and relax while gazing into the back yard. The large deck spans the back of the house where guests can BBQ or relax in the jacuzzi while viewing the northern lights.
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. The jack-and-jill rooms include one king-size bed and one queen and are connected by a full soak-in tub with shower that has a lovely view of the spruce trees. Another bedroom includes a bunk bed that boasts two full-sized beds, a tipi and other comfortable amenities perfect for kids.
A custom, hand scribed log staircase leads to the master suite and another relaxing space in the loft. The loft includes a big comfy floor pillow and a daybed that pulls out for an extra sleeping space – all while having a direct view outside the cathedral window or the televisions downstairs. The loft also includes a desk for those looking to get work done during the stay. The master suite has a rustic, king-sized bed, a walk-in shower and large jet-supported soaking bathtub.
If you are lucky you will spot wildlife here during your stay as we occasionally will have a moose meander by our yard.

One thing the place could use is a hand shower in one of the bathrooms.

Fall fun in Fairbanks!
Fell in love w/ seeing the Aurora near Fairbanks last winter and wanted to bring my parents (they are 81) to have the magical experience and stay somewhere we could see the lights from the yard. Mother Nature cooperated! House is lovely, kitchen well stocked and communication w/ the hosts was easy and timely. Already planning our next trip to Fairbanks and would definitely consider renting this property again! Thank you!

Everything you could ask for in Alaska
My family of 6 came up to Fairbanks for spring break from Seattle. We were attracted to the listing due to the following:
-number of bedrooms and bathrooms
-large space
-clean and updated accommodations
-quick and easy access to Fairbanks
-quiet neighborhood
-8 person hot tub that goes up to 104 and an awesome cedar steam sauna
--great location to see the Aurora from the property
Our stay was fabulous. The owner was super responsive with responses and fixes. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and just like home

House was very clean and warm. In floor heating was great to have in the cold temps. Easily accommodated our group of 8 adults. Location is quite good. You feel like you are far away, but really only 3 miles to the edge of town. Very quiet neighborhood. Allowed for easy access to roads for northern lights viewing spots. Did see the lights at the house a couple nights too. Mattresses were memory foam and super comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook for large group. The sauna was a fantastic extra bonus. We used it everyday. Communication with the host was easy and fast. I would recommend this property and book again if I was in the area.
