Comfort and convenience

Brandon and Cierra have a lovely home. We chose it to visit with family because of its size and location. Six of us were quite comfortable, with room to gather and plenty of space to get some quiet time. We enjoyed the convenient access to downtown and Scenic Overlook as well as to farther destinations like Las Cruces and Carlsbad Caverns. Brandon and Cierra were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return!

Beautiful home with 7 Adults

This is a beautiful home in a great location. My rating of a 4 mostly stems from the fact that although the home can accommodate 7 adults, many of the amenities were not sufficient for 7 adults. The kitchen (dishes, coffeemaker, pots and pans, utensils etc… we’re small and sparse - for example there was only 1 knife and no serving size bowls or containers. The coffeemaker was a single serve coffeemaker). There no extra towels or blankets or pillows available. The owner was easy to contact and readily accessible. He did what he could do from a distance. But his housekeeping service was unavailable, and thus we either purchased more or managed with what we had. Sounds like I’m complaining, but I would definitely stay here again. Just a few changes would make this place excellent.

Great Vacation Home

The house layout is perfect, and the communication with the host was very smooth; the location is excellent. I would stay in this house again for my next family reunion.
