Newly remodeled quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath home in downtown Dexter, Missouri

Beautiful and cozy 1 story brick home built in the 1950's (approximately 1100 sq. ft). Newly remodeled in 2023; this quaint home includes 2 bedrooms both with queen sized bed and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with shower only. Appliances purchased new in April 2023 including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & garbage disposal. Living room has a full-size couch with a Smart TV and free WIFI.

Located in downtown Dexter within walking distance to historic streets full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness center, etc... across the street from The Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home

No garage or covered parking (yet) but ample parking along the side of the house with additional parking on the street.

Nicely appointed house that is quiete and comfortable. Enjoy using the kitchen which has a good assortment of dishes, pots and pan which we rreally appreciate.

The home was great. Beds were comfortable and home clean. Ryan was very kind and accommodating. The home is at the corner of two busy streets. Room darkeninng curtains in bedrooms would be great for privacy and light control.

The cutest house in dexter

this remodeled Vrbo is very spacious and so cute! Perfect location (across from a family dollar for any forgotten items) and close to the downtown shops. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting!

Stayed there because i took my family to the bootheel rodeo. It was very nice not far from the rodeo and very nice place . Old charm with modern updates wonderful stay !!!

Short stay to visit family in town. The house was perfectly appointed. Nicely renovated but thoughtfully decorated to remind you of its past architecture and charm. Looking forward to another stay!

This location was easy to find. The owner was GREAT to work with. I was in Dexter on business, but would love this location as a vacation stay. The area was beautiful.

This property is great. We stayed here while visiting family in town and loved the convenience. The house layout is spacious and comfy. The kitchenware and appliances were also really good. We didn’t have any problems and highly recommend it.
